On behalf of our children, staff and governors welcome to our Website. Mill Ford is a school with a specialism in meeting the needs of children and young adults with complex needs, including severe and profound and multiple learning difficulties, complex medical needs and autistic spectrum conditions.
With an average class size of between six and eight at a time, this is a really great way for young people to become independent in the kitchen, learn new recipes and try a wide range of food.
In Ardscoil Mhuire we pride ourselves on the high quality of education and care we deliver to our students. We strive for excellence in all we do. We provide a learning and teaching environment conducive to the holistic development of our students and the formation of right attitudes and values.
Our Young Chefs’ Academy and Young Bakers’ Academy at Westminster Kingsway College have been the starting point for many of the college’s successful students and graduates. Many of our students progress on to apply for our Professional Chef Diploma, Chef Apprenticeships or Patisserie Diplomas. No formal qualifications are required but applicants should have a strong interest in their chosen subject. Our Saturday schools for 13 to 16 year olds offers a great opportunity, excellent tuition and a certificate on completion. Courses take place at our Victoria Centre in central London.
At Chefs in Schools, we’re delivering nutritious, delicious, inexpensive, generation-powering, mind-opening, society-changing food in schools – and inspiring and enabling schools across the country to follow our lead.
I am Vicky, the founder of Pasta n’ Play. I am an Italian chef who wants to spread my passion for good and healthy food in London. I moved here 9 years ago and since then I have been feeding hundreds of people using the techniques learned from my Italian nonna. My mission is to educate people about how much fun can be to cook together with family and friends.
