This online course is Part 1 of a 2 part course and can be completed on any PC
or mobile device. Learners can study at their own pace and log in and out as
often as they wish. It's been designed for those who are storing, preparing and
cooking or supervising others to do the same in an outdoor setting Upon
completion of this course, you will be able to enrol in Part 2 of the course
which takes place in an outdoor setting. Once both parts are completed, you will
be able to prepare and cook food that is safe for consumption. Accessibility We
