I do not use Chinese ornaments in my consultations with western clients as this is not in our culture. I use the 5 elements and bring this into the home in a style that suits the clients taste. Music and Healing has been my life and as a professional musician, I have a bond with my Sound Healing instruments and voice in a special way that enhances the healing process. Crystal Bowls. Himalayan Bowls, Voice, Tuning Forks, and other specialised instruments are used in a bespoke one to one healing or multi instrument Soundbath as a group. As an Energy Healer and Dowser, I work with Earth Acupuncture, Rebalancing environments, spirit release, resolving Geopathic and Geopsychic stress in the home and office, space clearing new homes and EMF surveys and solutions. Hi, I am both a qualified commercial and domestic heating engineer with 40 years experience in the field. I set up an independent heating design consultancy in 2014 after designing & installing plant rooms & systems for most of my career ( www.robberridge.co.uk ) and am now fully engaged with this and my heat calculation software company with two other directors. After coming off the tools for some six years now and designing many plant rooms and systems for my new clients, I bring a unique perspective that bridges the often large gap between installation engineers and architects/building services engineers. Offering fully scaled CAD drawings, specifications and tender documents that all parties fully understand has kept me really busy and my life, 'interesting'. I also offer training courses in building heat loss, system calculation and specification to which I partner with IMI-Hydronics. For a number of years she worked as a policy, compliance, marketing and funding advisor to a successful federation of 3 – 18 academies; setup and managed their central admissions dept and successfully presented over 2000 appeals. Since becoming a consultant in 2015 she has supported a number of schools with advice and guidance on school admission and appeals compliance, clerks school appeals and presented at a number of conference events. I became a careers adviser in 2009, gaining a PG Dip in Careers Education at the University of Warwick. During this period, I mainly worked with doctors, either on a 1:1 basis or in group sessions. I helped them choose their medical specialities, as well as supporting them through a competitive interview process. Since the summer of 2017 I have worked as a freelance coach and careers consultant. I provide business to business careers consultancy and also work with private clients. My private coaching clients are mainly adults, from college students to people that want to undergo a career change. I help with career choice, coaching and careers guidance to improve any aspect of work or work/life balance. I also work with people who need help and advice to set up their own businesses. How I work My philosophy is to work with clients using ‘unconditional positive regard’ as the foundation stone of my practice. Carl Rogers, a humanistic psychologist in the 1950s, first developed this as a concept. This means I work from a place of having utmost respect for my client. I work in a holistic way, which helps the client find their own learning and life and helps people who want to change. I may explore with the client: questions relating to life purpose, the quality of relationships (work and home), feelings, career and health. BPS qualified in the use of psychometric assessments, I am trained in the Type Dynamics Indicator.
