WELCOME TO MR HAPPINESS 2000 TEACHING THE POWER OF POSITIVE EMOTION TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF YOUR LIFE. HELPING YOU GET YOUR HAPPY BACK. EVERYBODY WANTS TO BE HAPPY! BUT UNFORTUNATELY, THE WORLD DOESN'T TELL US HOW TO BE. And as many people are finding out: you can't buy happiness; relationships don't necessarily bring happiness; and in the workplace the concept of happiness can often seem elusive. So much of your life can be spent in a state of unhappiness! To become a consistently happy person, you've got to awaken your consciousness. You need to become aware of the power of the thoughts you think and their connection to creating your emotions and your perception of reality. The information presented in my coaching isn't taught in schools; it isn't on TV; a great many medical professionals don't know about it. And you won't read about it in the negatively focused press. So how do you get happy? And stay happy? My coaching is designed to help you achieve that. The world has been duped into believing that 'positive thinking' is the answer. Yet anyone who tries it still finds themselves feeling bad and feel their life is going nowhere. The solution is positive feeling. Only when you begin to manage your mind and your emotions - so you feel relaxed, smooth, energised and happy in the moment - can you truly begin to move calmly through life with the genuine confidence and motivation to achieve effortless and joyous success. Your individual level of happiness is decided by the amount of positive energy you are allowing to flow through you on a moment-by-moment basis. This is decided by the choice of thoughts you think. The more loving and appreciative the thoughts you chronically think, the better you will feel. It's as simple as that!  CAN YOU AFFORD NOT TO BE HAPPY? The benefits of knowing how to be happy - and most importantly how to stay happy - are enormous. They include: * Greater enjoyment of life on a moment-by-moment basis * Improved attitude towards the self and the world - guaranteeing greater success in life * Improved relationships and friendships * Increased productivity and motivation - helping you achieve your aims and ambitions * Increased energy levels * Reduced sickness levels * Greater resilience to the stresses and challenges of daily life Find out more about us at http://www.mrhappiness2000.com [http://www.mrhappiness2000.com]

Nottingham

The principle aim of the school is for everyone in our school community to ‘Thrive Together’. Heathfield has a long track record of high–quality engaging education for children in Basford and Bulwell, this has been guided by our core values of ‘Knowledge, Nurture and Enrichment’. We provide a rounded and tailored curriculum that meets the needs of every child by knowing their individual contexts, needs, knowledge and skills. We then use our Heathfield Pledge to outline the expectations that we place on the pupils and ourselves. We are a recently expanded Local Authority maintained school with two campuses. Our original school is on Scotland Road in Basford and accommodates up to 280 pupils plus a nursery. Our second campus is on Highbury Vale (approx. a mile apart). The Kersall Drive Campus opened in October 2015 and now accommodates an additional 420 pupils plus a nursery. Achievement and enjoyment are important goals that we are determined to provide for all of our pupils in a warm and friendly atmosphere. We pride ourselves in providing a secure, yet stimulating, and challenging learning environment. We want our pupils to develop their strengths whilst having the confidence to address targets and areas identified for improvement. We welcome participation by parents and carers in all aspects of school life, and we look forward to working in partnership with you. No-one knows your child better than you and for this reason we very much value your co-operation to ensure the best possible outcomes for your child. As Christmas approaches, many of us find ourselves wondering how best to balance our budget and sustainability consciousness with the consumerist expectations promoted through the media. And this Christmas those concerns feel as real as ever. In the wake of Covid, and with the huge challenges of the cost-of-living crisis, young people across Devon are suffering from more mental health issues than ever before. “In the last three years, the likelihood of young people having a mental health problem has increased by 50%. Now, five children in a classroom of 30 are likely to have a mental health problem.” The Children’s Society Meanwhile, schools have their purse strings tightened weekly. Access to the arts is often one of the first priorities to be cut in school, even while children are known to benefit from it now, as much as ever. “I had a parent nearly in tears the next morning, as she spoke about how much her child had loved it and how it had boosted her confidence. This makes a huge difference to our families.” Assistant Head, Exeter Your donation supports Daisi’s continuing work with young people in schools and communities across Devon. From workshops in schools which offer children a practical experience with an artform they may never have previously tried, to longer projects that make a real difference to children’s lives, your contribution will help us to bring creative and inspirational experiences to children who need it. To receive your (pdf) certificate by email and sign up to Daisi’s mailing list, please complete the form below after making your donation, and before Tuesday 20 December.

Did you know it is estimated that over 40% of us feel pangs of loneliness at some point in our lives. Despite how common, few of us are fully aware of the ways it impacts us. Loneliness effects our emotional and social disconnection to those around us. However, making small lifestyle changes such as eating well or being more mindful within cooking can help sleep, energy levels & your general wellbeing. If like me you know only too well that sumptuous feeling of being cooked for, or that satisfying fullness when you’ve enjoyed your favourite pasta dish in front of your latest ‘must watch’ series, or been out for dinner with a friend to your favourite little restaurant. That satisfying, uplifting and joyous moment of enjoying good nutritious delicious food with others is a memorable moment I often recall fondly – we often attach good memories to food, or tastes and smells that makes us feel good. Are there times recently when you’ve faced isolation? Do you live alone? Are you now working from home on your own? Have you had health difficulties that have changed your daily/weekly routine? Do you run a self-employed business? Are your children now back at school and you need to come up with nutritious dinners again? Do you miss being part of a team or having the family home? Come and join us here at Good Evans Kitchen, where we put your wellbeing first and cook mindfully as we teach you how to create and enjoy dishes that will enrich your knowledge and grow your self-confidence immeasurably.

Moomusicyork

moomusicyork

Welcome to Moo Music York a weekly music and multi-sensory group for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers. Music has been shown to be an essential part of every child’s development and at Moo Music York we strongly believe in the benefits of music, movement and creative play. Using puppets, props, bubbles, instruments, and our specially written Moo tunes, we aid children’s development while having lots of fun. Our interactive classes are designed around our Moo Music songs developed by Early Years Educators and professional musicians. They are catchy and uplifting and many cover early years topics so the children are learning while having fun. At Moo Music York our sessions are baby and child led and our team is proud to provide a warm and judgment free environment that is a great way to make new friends – both for the children and the adults too. It is extremely rewarding to watch the children grow in confidence week by week building their social skills, physical abilities, speech and language skills, memory, coordination skills and musical ability and enjoyment. In a typical Moo session you can expect to sing, dance, dress up, explore, learn and play. Moo is all about having fun and connecting with your little one so the more you put in the more you get out. Each week we follow a different theme, go on all sorts of adventures and use new and exciting props to encourage imaginative play. In each session we have a mix of old and new songs. We repeat a few songs every week as children love familiarity and it is amazing how quickly they learn the songs by heart.

Canvey Island Swimming Club

Essex

Since inception in 1975, Canvey Island Swimming Club (CISC) has been competing in the world of swimming and has pupils from all local areas. Swimmers are personally trained and developed in line with Swim England Swim Plans, then fed through to the Club’s Squad Teams. Once swimmers reach Squad level, Head Coach and Teachers work closely together with members to transform them into competitive swimmers. We are a competitive club whilst encouraging younger swimmers to attend for the fitness and fun side of swimming in a Swim Club environment. All swimmers are introduced into a sporting environment where fitness along with nutrition play a vital role. CISC competes in local, regional and national swimming leagues. We swim against other clubs in and around Essex and at County level. All our swimmers develop confidence and courage to compete in races either as an individual or in team events. So, come on Canvey! From August 2011 to August 2013 – CISC temporarily moved to Runnymede whilst Waterside underwent major development work. We had no Coach and no Squads at this point. The Club provided Swim School and Swim Development lessons. Late 2013 saw the return of a Coach and Squad groups slowly built. In 2018 the full committee resigned, leaving the club in disrepair, with no Swim School Teacher and no Head Coach. Some of the parents pulled together to become the new committee, their first action was to re-employ Paul as Head Coach and Alison as Head Teacher. They revised Membership/payment/insurance costs and Teamed together to make what the club is today, a family friendly swimming club.
