We offer a wide range of services including, among other things, personal training, family workout training, group fitness classes, group tours and hiking adventures around Scotland. We know how wonderfully beneficial and fun sports can be for everyone and we’re focused on helping as many people as possible by tailoring programmes to their individual needs and goals. When training with us you’re not just joining a workout class but a community as well. We supply the motivation and inspiration you were looking for in order to fall in love with physical activity. Our Vision JONES&US, working with community organisations, nonprofits, public services such as schools and groups across Renfrewshire and Central Scotland, makes fitness circuits and sporting activities, like handball, football, badminton, touch rugby, and basketball, fun for all ages and abilities. Our vision is to make exercising accessible to everyone by providing a safe and motivational environment, and thus we specialise in working with people and kids with mental health issues, learning difficulties, disabilities, Down’s syndrome, and on the spectrum. All of our activities are designed to improve people’s lives and aid them to gain control of their well-being by boosting their self-confidence and helping them find their inner strength along with building their physical one. We’re strong advocates for overcoming one’s limitations and challenges through the sense of empowerment that comes with getting involved in sports.

We offer customised training opportunities on a range of open courses for a wide variety of job and life skills opportunities through one-to-one learning support, individual learning plan, progress reviews and advice and guidance. We have delivered programmes ranging from privately funded courses to ESA, EFA 16-18, Traineeship, Apprenticeship, Advanced Learning Loan and Adult Education contracts from entry level 1 to level 7. Our excellence in quality assurance, leadership, and project management have enabled the sustainability of our business, timely completion of our learners' courses and in getting to their destinations. Our average success rate since 2014 is ninety-eight percent. Zurbel Training works with local communities such as the Job Centre Plus, Connexions, Advice & Guidance and the Outreach Team in making sure candidates are guided on the right path. Our gratitude to our business partners working with us for our learners' work job placement, 95 per centre. With the support of our centre partners, courses are now delivered closer to learners' vicinity within their community. They also have the opportunity to study from home via our online E-portfolio assessment system. On completion, all our learners supported with progression route into further education or employment, where we offer them workshop activities on their CV writing, confidence building and job interviews techniques. General feedback from stakeholders i.e learners, employers, staff and funders have been so encouraging, in seeing learners achieving their aims. Our main aim is to increase our provisions to the hard to reach target group in the country and to secure direct funding.

BORN TO SWIM is a small swimming school established for 16 years. We have taught thousands of babies and children throughout the London area with amazing results. As we like to say, we teach from crib to competition. We are passionate about what we do and as well as teaching we wish to inspire our swimmers. From our baby and toddler classes, to our children’s lessons and our bespoke one-to-one sessions you can see the differences between BORN TO SWIM members to babies and children taught elsewhere. We have little ones as young as 3 years old swimming 10 metres. Okay, it may not be the national recognised stroke at this point, but it is definitely not doggy paddle. We NEVER ever teach doggy paddle or use armbands. Our teachers are enthusiastic about our approach and are all trained in the BORN TO SWIM building block methodology. They love what they do. They love children and have bags of patience and understanding little ones needs. They are energetic, build confidence, give support and tons of encouragement. Our teachers make swimming lessons fun whist learning, creating a conducive learning environment.
