HELLO AND WELCOME TO  INTERIOR BOOST, We run paint pouring and resin art workshops for adults of all abilities. You do not need to be experienced to come to our classes as we will guide you every step of the way.  Most workshops are designed for beginners and where more experience is required, the workshops are indicated by levels: * Level 1: beginner * Level 2: intermediate * Level 3: advance Our main aim is to encourage creativity, promote confidence and definitely have fun in a relaxed environment in which to learn new skills.  We run short 2.5 hours course in Bracknell, Berkshire.  Your tutor, Anne is an experienced, fun and enthusiastic. This is our 6th year running our workshops and we love it! Each year we try to offer different workshop themes. This year is no exception!   All equipment and materials required for our classes are provided on the day. We try to keep our group small, to give you as much space as possible, this also allows us to be able to help you should you need it.

For over 40 years, The Institute of Clinical Research (ICR) has provided high quality training, networking and support to the clinical research community. For many Members the Institute has been part of their life throughout their working careers, many have been with the Institute since its first incarnation as the ACRPI. It is the membership that makes the Institute. How does it all work ? The Institute of Clinical Research is you, the Membership governed by the Articles of Memorandum drawn up by the founding members. The Board is made up of members who give their time freely to guide the future direction of the ICR. The ICR Secretariat is the administrative arm of the Institute, its primary focus is to ensure that the wishes of the Board and Membership are carried out and to see to the day to day tasks that any membership organisation generates. Our Mission The ICR exists to support our members through all stages of their careers. Aerial and Circus Arts Studio based in Surrey!Welcome to CirqueScape! Do you want to get stronger, meet new friends, increase your confidence, or just learn a fun new skill? Come on down and join in the fun! Whether it’s your first time trying circus classes or you’re already a seasoned pro, we’re looking forward to meeting you! The two broad disciplines in trapeze are swinging and static. Our classes are in a form of static trapeze, which means we let the trapeze hang straight down without swinging on it. Both of the ropes are rigged from the same point in our classes, meaning that the ropes and bar form a large triangle shape and the trapeze can spin freely on the rigging point. This setup is commonly referred to as a “dance trapeze” setup. Our classes focus on making shapes on the equipment and moving through sequences, gradually building your skills as you get stronger and more confident. But these sessions will also help you build relevant strength and knowledge to give you a headstart if you ever decided to give flying trapeze a go in the future. People are often surprised by how much they achieve in their first trapeze session. So if you’re not sure if you’ll have enough strength for it, why not just come down and give it a go? We’re very friendly, we have a lot of fun, and you might just surprise yourself along the way!

I have made my CSCS card labourer at Crystal&Co in Harrow on the Hill and the staff was supper polite! I have received the electronic format of the CSCS card and certificate within 3 days from the course and I started the job quickly. Very happy with the customer service they provide! I needed a CSCS card labourer asap and Crystal&Co was the only place where I was able to take the course on a Sunday as I work from Monday to Saturday. On Thursday I received the electronic version of the CSCS card and the H&S certificate by email and I was able to start working. A few days later I received the card via Royal Mail because I live far away. Very polite and friendly staff. Strongly recommend Crystal&Co for the amazing service they provide. The staff at Crystal&Co is very friendly! I was told about this centre by my friend, he did his CSCS card at this centre and was very pleased with the services. I now found a job as a Labourer on a construction site so my advise to you is to take the course if you need it done fast and proper! Good luck to all! Great experience. On Thursday I made a reservation for Saturday. It was a one day class with the exam at the end. The course was well explained by the teacher, the exam was easy and from the information we received during the class. On Thursday I received the electronic version of the CSCS card, and I started the job. Thank you, Crystal&Co, I recommend with confidence!
