Are you a woman who is sick of wanting to see change but it never happens? Confused about what you should or shouldn’t be doing or simply looking to improve your current health and fitness levels? We help create a lifestyle that renews your body, revives your self-confidence, and that actually lasts for the everyday women. Get to Know Emma Hi, I’m Emma Hokayem, a working mum, fitness lover and owner of EH Fitness. As a previous serial dieter, I understand how much you want to change but with so much conflicting information, it’s hard to know how to succeed in that change. I have always had a love of fitness, but it wasn’t until I had my son, Daniel, that I decided to make it my career. After having Daniel, my body changed in ways I didn’t understand, I felt like a completely different person which is why I specialise in women’s health and postnatal fitness. I KNOW through my own experience that exercise makes your head clearer, your mood better, your body tougher and gives you a drive to push through life’s tougher challenges. I had tried everything to get to a point where I felt confident and strong in my own mind and body. You don’t have to waste another minute as I have made it my mission to fast track your health and fitness by delivering structured programmes to help you understand and easily fit this into your lifestyle to finally start prioritising you. Why Listen to Me? 1 I have helped 100’s of women feel like themselves again through implementing small changes that are easy to fit into even the busiest of lives. 2 I specialise in post-natal corrective exercise. This can be anything from abdominal separation, prolapse or weak/underactive glutes (mum bum, or post pregnancy lack of bum). 3 I am there with you every step of the way, your cheerleader, your accountability partner and your mentor. 4 Advice is always changing in the health and fitness world, I stay up to date on new guidance and studies to make sure you are receiving the best service. 5 I have been there, I get it and I understand how intimidating change is.

Central Scotland Ballet School began life as a branch of the prestigious ‘Scottish Academy of Dance’. From humble beginnings with only 20 pupils, CSBS Principal Mrs Jacqueline Clark established 4 large branches with a roll of over 1000 pupils. Her daughters, Amanda and Samantha, have become associate directors and teachers in the school, ensuring her high standards are maintained and keeping it a family business. The School quickly established a fine reputation as one of Scotland’s leading part-time ballet schools. Students of all ages and abilities are trained to the highest levels in Classical Ballet, studying the Royal Academy of Dance ballet syllabus in a fun and friendly environment. They complement their ballet lessons with our professional tuition in commercial dance styles including Jazz, Acrobatics, Cheerleading, Tap, Commercial, Lyrical, Musical Theatre and competitive dance, as well as workshops with guest professional dance tutors. Many students enhance their training by successfully auditioning for professional Associate schemes as well as attending holiday courses at dance colleges across the UK. Annually we have students gain places at top full-time ballet schools and dance colleges across the UK. During the pandemic we ran a successful online programme with over 2500 online lessons and events… But it’s been a delight to welcome dancers back into the Studios! Whether our students are hoping to follow a career in dance or just dance for fun and fitness as a hobby, we hope to provide them with skills they can use in all aspects of their lives. “I never grow tired of watching the children grow and develop into confident and happy young dancers. It is a constant joy and privilege to watch them perform and I take huge pride in all their achievements. I hope that my school can continue to give young dancers a sense of confidence, enjoyment and success...” Jacqueline Clark RAD RTS , Director/Principal CSBS
