Central Scotland Ballet School began life as a branch of the prestigious ‘Scottish Academy of Dance’. From humble beginnings with only 20 pupils, CSBS Principal Mrs Jacqueline Clark established 4 large branches with a roll of over 1000 pupils. Her daughters, Amanda and Samantha, have become associate directors and teachers in the school, ensuring her high standards are maintained and keeping it a family business. The School quickly established a fine reputation as one of Scotland’s leading part-time ballet schools. Students of all ages and abilities are trained to the highest levels in Classical Ballet, studying the Royal Academy of Dance ballet syllabus in a fun and friendly environment. They complement their ballet lessons with our professional tuition in commercial dance styles including Jazz, Acrobatics, Cheerleading, Tap, Commercial, Lyrical, Musical Theatre and competitive dance, as well as workshops with guest professional dance tutors. Many students enhance their training by successfully auditioning for professional Associate schemes as well as attending holiday courses at dance colleges across the UK. Annually we have students gain places at top full-time ballet schools and dance colleges across the UK. During the pandemic we ran a successful online programme with over 2500 online lessons and events… But it’s been a delight to welcome dancers back into the Studios! Welcome to Stagecoach Glasgow North where we provide quality part-time training in the performing arts for children aged 4-18yrs. Our aim is to nurture and develop young potential through singing, acting and dance classes stretching young imaginations and building confidence. Our students take part in weekly skill building classes run by professionals from the entertainment industry - actors, directors, dancers, choreographers, singers and musical directors. Students from 6 to 18 years come for three hours per week, students from 4 – 6 years come for one and a half hours per week. For our more ambitious students there are opportunities to gain professional work in television, film and theatre. Recent professional work gained by Stagecoach Glasgow students includes CBBC’s Eve, feature films Scottish Mussell, Where Do We Go From Here, and Tide.

Central Football Academy are based in Grangemouth, Central Scotland. Founded in 2014 as a girls only football club, we opened our boys section in 2015. We have over 175 registered players at the club within both Girls and Boys junior sections as well as our Senior Womens Team. Most teams train twice a week with a fixture usually once a week. Central Football Academy are a SFA Quality Mark Gold Level club. Since inception we have enjoyed great success, winning many titles and have had a multitude of players represent Scotland at various levels, on countless occasions. Inchyra Park in Grangemouth is our home ground. This is where the majority of our team matches and training takes place. Our Senior linked Womens Team play their home matches at Broadwood Stadium (Home of Clyde F.C.) in Cumbernauld. They play in the Scottish Womens Football Championship (3rd tier of womens football). We play our home matches in Cyan and our Senior team play their away matches in white. Our Match-day programme is called ‘View from the Centre’. Since our formation we have been given many affectionate nicknames, but we are most commonly known as “Central” or “The Cyan”. At Central, we have a clear ethos based on equality for all and encourage youth to develop within their own style and most importantly – enjoy playing football, playing with their creativity and as part of a team. We always endeavour to instill belief and confidence in our youth and from the start our motto has been “Imagine…Believe… Achieve…”. Commitment is an essential discipline at Central Football Academy. We at coaching level will give the player, team & academy our full commitment and we expect the same from our players and parents. We are not part of your journey, Central is the journey.
