Welcome to Wild Workouts. We offer many fitness classes in a unique combination
of sport, dance and acrobatics on a vertical pole, hoop, silks, ropes and
trapeze. These sports require great physical and mental exertion, strength and
endurance, which are required to lift, hold and spin the body. With us you will
learn every move and technique, giving you confidence and building up your
fitness and strength. What’s more, we also offer a warm welcome and a friendly
atmosphere with every class.
