Joanne is Head of Strategic Asset Management at Moat Homes and was successfully appointed to our Board in November. Joanne has over 20 years’ experience working in the Housing Sector and specialises in Asset Management. She has experience with delivering challenging projects and ensuring buildings are fit for the future. At Moat, Joanne leads on delivering their Asset Management Strategy and zero carbon targets. She thrives in creative innovation projects and as a Board member wants to help develop these strategies at SEC. This appointment coincides with an exciting time for us as we look forwards to the future and build on our service offering. Our Board will assist in carving out our strategy for 2023 and beyond! Farleys Training was formed in July 2014 primarily for the delivery of streetworks courses, having been in the reinstatement sector for over 20 years I felt that a lot of people were coming into the industry with little understanding of what was involved and on many occasions having very little understanding of health & safety. Having been through this period myself, my wife and I decided that we would set up our own centre whereby we could offer training that encompasses all that is involved in reinstatement in the highway, from carrying out the actual work and the plant and tools used to working safely. We are approved by City & Guilds to deliver these courses. We are also approved by the CITB to deliver the Site Safety Plus courses, this includes SSSTS, SMSTS, SEATS and HSA Our Aim We have a commitment to offer quality training to the individual and give companies the confidence that when members of their workforce leave us they have the knowledge and skills to carry out their daily tasks in a safe and competent manner.
