All of our classes are consistently 25-50% smaller than the Swim England recommended class sizes. Small class sizes ensure your child gets individualised teaching to meet their needs for each lesson. Quality Local First Aid Training,My name is Steph Bedggood and I am the founder and lead trainer at 3 Rivers Training. I am Gippsland born and bred living near Newry with my family. I have a well-founded knowledge of the challenges and difficulties that arise, especially in regard to medical emergencies, when living in rural or remote regions of Victoria. Where loss of life or limb can occur within minutes; when help might be hours away and how important, being able to confidently apply first aid, can be in saving someone’s life. My passion is providing practical training that is accessible, enjoyable and which leaves the participant feeling confident to manage first aid situations that they may come across. A Registered Nurse (RN) with 18 years’ experience including a post graduate degree in Emergency Nursing which I practiced for 9 years and clinical education. To maintain my Nursing skills and currency, I work in General Practice as an RN Nurse Immuniser and am an Australian College of Critical Care Nurse (ACCCN) Advanced Life Support educator. Over the past 2 years I have been a director and active training provider of a local First Aid & Training business founded and focused on providing First Aid training and tailored nursing education programs throughout Victoria.

SwingFit is a dance fitness class for the young at heart. With dance steps and music from the Swing era, you’ll forget you’re exercising as you dance along to the Lindy Hop, Charleston, Jive and many more. SwingFit began as a class for an NHS ‘Arts for Wellbeing’ programme in 2010 and it quickly grew in popularity with ladies aged 50+ due to the easy-to-follow moves with lively tunes from the 1920s to 1960s. Many of our ladies say that they come for fitness and they stay for the friendship. Although many of our members are aged 50+, all ladies aged 18+ are welcome to SwingFit. You need to be in good health to attend but you do not need to know how to dance as SwingFit is a dance-along class where you copy the teacher. Just come along wearing your favourite T-shirts, leggings and smooth-soled trainers and you’re good to go. Oh yes, and bring a bottle of water! I hope this marks the beginning of a transformative journey for you.  My name is Sally, and I discovered energy healing when I was seeking solace for my own struggles with poor mental health. I came to a point on my path where I felt that if I did not heal, I may not survive here on Earth. So, I sought healing through yoga, meditation and lifestyle changes, which led me to energy healing, sound healing, light language, plant medicine, nature and community. What I didn’t anticipate, was that I would be strongly called to train and offer healing for others. I answered the call. I believe that my many dances with darkness and my own healing journey have provided me with the experience and initiations required to work with energy, support others, listen to, and truly emphasise with the tremendous pain that one can feel when navigating dark or unsettling periods of life. I am still healing, evolving and learning, but these practices have truly transformed my life, so I feel incredibly honoured to share them with you.  Energy healing can support us on our path in a myriad of ways. If you’re feeling lost, stuck, at a cross-roads, or struggling with poor self-image, self-worth, indecision, or illness, energy healing can help us to find balance, clarity and encourage our body’s natural ability to heal.  It can also offer us so much more. Embarking on a healing journey can help us to reconnect with our soul purpose, our reason for being here on earth at this time. It can support us in recovering our gifts and passions, and help us to find our inner fire so that we can share them with others, or step more fully into who we truly are.  You hold so much knowledge and wisdom inside of you, but so many of us have forgotten how to tap into our inner truth or connect to our intuition. I create sacred spaces and ceremony, so that you can remember who you are. Paul Renwick | Senior Instructor Paul has been involved with the world of rescue since joining Teesdale & Weardale Search & Mountain Rescue Team at the age of 18 (That’s over 19 years ago!). Within this team he has been involved in the development of their technical rescue capabilities; currently heading up the training for specialist water and height related rescues. He is a fully certified Rescue 3 Instructor and has delivered courses throughout the UK. His passion for working in the outdoors, especially the Rescue environment, and encouragement from numerous candidates who had attended his courses eventually led him to create Rescue North East Ltd.
