The Cut-Person Course is designed and created by Joseph Clifford who graduated with a BSc. (Hons) in Applied Health Sciences, Dip. Physical Therapy, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist C.S.C.S. & is a registered member of CORU. Joseph is the founder of the Cutman Cutwoman Course and has worked extensively as a Cutman in national and international combat sports since 2004 for some of the biggest organizations in MMA including, Cage Warriors, UFC, Brave, KSW, and Cut Team program designer for International Mixed Martial Arts Federation. In boxing, Joe has worked under the BUI, BBBC, EBU, and the WBA. In Elite Athletic boxing Joseph has worked with Azerbaijan Baku Fires on the World Series of Boxing (WSB Season IV 2014-15) and designed the AIBA International Cut Technician Course. He was one of the first Cutmen ever to work the Olympics Rio 2016 and is the Boxing Task Force Cut Technician for Tokyo 2021. Joseph also authored the eBook, ‘The Ultimate Guide to Corner Care' and has been a guest speaker for numerous combat sport organizations on 'Corner Care'.

Ju Jitsu (originally known as 柔術, jūjutsu) is a Japanese martial art developed by the Samurai as a method of close combat. It's mainly hand-to-hand and focuses heavily upon throwing (and landing), immobilizing, joint locks and choking. Weapons are also closely studied. It's all about technique! At Sei Jou Kai Ju Jitsu technique is key to everything; allowing a much stronger and larger opponent to be effectively immobilised. Fitness, core strength and flexibility are also key features and are an integral part of our training. Want to try and learn? Many people are surprised by what they are capable of. Ju Jitsu takes practice, sweat, dedication and determination. We have a great club with excellent Jujitsu and our Yudansha (Black Belts) are experienced, focussed and amazing. They will guide you throughout. Our Dojo is clean, warm and dry with off road parking, changing facilities and over 80m2 of 40mm matting.
