We seek out and send missionaries ready to make an impact for God's Kingdom in practical, life changing ways. Explore the varied work of our missionaries all over the world, as well as learn how you can become an Equip missionary, We believe in advancing the Kingdom of God through collaboration with other mission agencies, churches, and missionaries to better serve communities in need, ultimately equipping God’s people to fulfill the Great Commission. Mission Organizations As we partner with other Christ-centered missions agencies, we seek to understand their training needs so we can equip them with relevant courses that further the work in their particular contexts. Our specialized, hands-on training goes beyond typical missionary orientation and can enhance the professional development provided by our agency partners. Churches We come alongside churches in their short-term missions ministry, providing customized training to church members in preparation for their upcoming trips. Also, if a church is sending a missionary, we provide a host of courses that can prepare individuals and couples for long-term missions service. Missionaries Missionaries come to us with an entrepreneurial vision for serving others, and we help them refine that calling and formulate a plan on how to get where they want to go. Our help to them may be as simple as providing a course to help them gain a necessary skill or as long-term as becoming their sending agency.

Art is an enriching and highly effective tool in public involvement. The creative methods and processes of art production can help people understand concepts and ideas in a totally different way. An understanding of cultural uniformity, educational concepts and sectoral relevance in society can be understood better through collaboration and art. When making art, individuals interact with their own unique view point and this brings greater appreciation and understanding of ideas, and if appropriately considered, this could improve society. Art making is also an excellent way of documenting social experience. We live in the digital age, this will inevitably bring social change and we can explore how this affects us through visual means. It’s important that we document social change through the Arts. Visual methods are also a very effective way of helping people who may struggle with mental health address psychological issues. Sometimes a visual approach works best in explaining individual perspectives.

We carry out skills training (sewing, cooking, health care trainings, communication skills training) to keep our youth busy and reduce crimes, prostitution, and boredom in the community. We organise activities to integrate the elderly of our community in the society and make them feel loved, valued, and respected. The social activities are organise with the collaboration of the local council, the residential and nursing homes for the elderly Organise training sessions and seminars on how to provide basic education to the young children for a greater future .This enable the parents to understand they are primarily responsible for the wellbeing and the education of their kids and how the parent’s behaviours in the house can influence the child future negatively or positively. We do community outreach by providing food to the poor, needy and homeless. During the lockdowns cause by the Covid-19 pandemic, we also voluntarily deliver food to the vulnerable people in our community.

Northfleet Schools Co-Operative Trust was officially formed in June 2017; however schools had been working closely together before this time. Our Trust is a collaboration between 2 Secondary, 5 Primary and a Nursery School, all located within Northfleet, Kent. This initiative developed from schools who wanted to work closely together and support each other in their drive for excellence, whilst maintaining their own individual school identities. Our vision is to achieve substantial and sustained improvement of standards across a dynamic learning community where all the young people in Northfleet and the surrounding area have their needs met. We want to ensure that local schools remain accountable to local people, this will be the case for all schools in the trust. Irrespective of which school our young people attend, we see them as our shared responsibility. We believe there is an exciting future for our Co-Operative Trust, one that can only benefit the young people of Northfleet.
