I empower women by teaching them yogic techniques that they can then share with others. I listen to and guide women and help them find their purpose in life. I lead women to connect to themselves and others on a conscious level, promoting self love and self acceptance. I support and build community through women’s circles with emphasis on ritual and ceremony to life. My offerings are both online and in-person and include yoga teacher training, yoga classes, mentoring and life coaching. I am a registered Yoga Alliance and Yoga Detour Instructor I am from Halifax, UK and live at Yoga Beach House in France where I host my retreats, trainings and workshops with business partner, best friend and husband James (who is also a yoga teacher, relationship coach and retreat chef). Since a child I have always been in awe and wonder of Nature and creation itself, enjoying the myriad of animals and birds coming in and out of our garden and my special apple tree that always gave me great comfort when the world felt too big to handle.

If you are selected for School chess team Hurray !! You do not need Individual lessons to gain new skills rather parental support in learning from websites / apps. Group Learning is better and more useful. You improve and hone your chess skills when you play more casual games . This is based on feedback from many coaches. The next skill set is to play for your county chess team. County teams are for under 9 and under 11 teams. Under 9 team has 16 squad members while under 11 has 24 . you have the semifinals 3 games held on a saturday 12 noon to 4 pm. If your county qualifies for the finals another 3 games. another Saturday of chess !! So you have made it to top boards in County matches. Interested to go National ? Going further you have to play chess on many weekends. Begin with half day rapid then move on to longer time control. playing in long play events and gaining grading points. reaching 100 plus is an indication of skill among juniors.
