The mission of our ‘Unlawful group association’ initiative is to provide early
intervention for children and young people involved in, or on the periphery of
crime, by addressing some of the root causes. Taking Positive Steps will be the
catalyst that fosters safer communities, by working in a conscientious manner
with disaffected young people, their parents and our partner agencies.
