Rewilders was born out of a love for people, and a passion for helping to make the world a better place. After university, I embarked on a marketing and management career that gave me the opportunity to work at amazing companies like Marks & Spencer, Mars Chocolate and Wheyhey!. There I learnt that businesses are fundamentally about people, and that the time and effort you invest into bringing out the best in those people, can be the biggest factor in determining your success. My career also taught me that businesses are not just there to make money. Businesses with a vision, with a greater purpose for existing than simply generating profit can be extremely powerful vehicles for change, and these are the companies people want to work for. We all want to make a difference, to feel that our work is doing good, and to go home at the end of the day knowing that we’ve had a positive impact. So when I decided to leave my ‘good, sensible career’ behind, and start running my own business, I new these were the kind of companies I wanted to help - those who were intentional about doing good. So I went and did additional training in coaching and NLP at the Coaching Academy, and then started Rewilders - a coaching and consultancy business bringing business and professional development support to the leaders and teams of purpose-led organisations. My mission is a simple one… to help you bring your best to work that makes a difference, so that good companies win, and the world becomes a better place.

Enjoy a total package to nourish mind, body and soul… 💗Stretch out your body with some gentle slow flow Yoga 💗Learn powerful techniques for helping release stress/anxiety/depression, relaxing and toning your nervous system 💗Indulge mindfully in a cup of blissful ceremonial grade Cacao** (like hot chocolate, but high in alkaloids & nutrients to enhance feelings of wellbeing and happiness) 💗Deeply relax for a Nidra guided mediation (with crystals), using light coded music to attune with your higher self; activating deeper healings and awakenings We will end the evening with some gluten free treats and tea; with time to connect with others, pick some oracle cards if you wish, or just ‘be’ with yourself in gentle contemplation. Tickets are just £25 (£22 concession). The mini retreat starts at 7pm and aims to finish by 9.20pm, so you will be ready to float off for a heavenly and restorative sleep. This retreat is being held by Somatic Therapist, Wellbeing and Empowerment Coach, and Kundalini Yoga Teacher – Penny Pettman. *We will be serving a meditation dose of Ceremonial grade Cacao, so should be suitable for all <3, however, if you are sensitive to Cacao you can swap this for a herbal tea of your choice which can be taken mindfully instead, just contact me in advance to arrange. My journey started many years ago when I suffered with severe IBS, inflamed acne, fatigue and very poor immune function. I was sick all the time, not knowing what was causing my issues. It left me with anxiety and I realised something needed to change. After a lot of personal research and the support from an amazing nutritional therapist, I found something that worked for me. I discovered I was deficient in so many nutrients and needed to eliminate, and introduce certain foods to help me heal naturally. This is when I realised the power and the healing benefits of eating well. Food really is medicine! Once I started to heal I really wanted to share my knowledge with others. If I could feel better, then I wanted other people to feel better too. So, I left my career in design to work in the natural health industry to learn more. This is when I started to run workshops to teach people how to make healthy and nutritious food. My main mission was, and still is, to help others and to give them the tools they need to improve their health. Today, after studying to become a Nutrition Coach, I can now help others on a greater scale. I absolutely love what I do. I know I had to go through my own struggle to be where I am today and I am grateful for the journey. I am still on this journey and I am always learning and listening to my body now. I love food and I love cooking with different types of foods. I have been introduced to whole new flavours and tastes. I have fun in the kitchen and like to throw things together. I am quite impatient, so cooking is usually less than 30 mins if possible. I also have a love for chocolate, so I am always coming up with new ways to satisfy my cravings. The Perth Fitness Camp is an INCLUSIVE community, a lifestyle, a movement for over 30's men & women who no matter what your size, no matter what level of fitness you are at and no matter how big you feel the Perth Fitness Camp will keep you moving forwards toward a leaner, stronger healthier and fitter looking body. WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT The Perth Fitness Camp are specialists in outdoor training and since 2009 we have helped over 30's men & women from Perth achieve results they thought were impossible. For many of my members that may mean training towards a specific event or to reveal those elusive abs. For the majority of my team it simply means getting a bit leaner, feeling fitter, stronger, having more energy and having the confidence to wear clothes that show off their bod as opposed to hiding it away. Why over 30's? As a dad in my 40's, a coach and former overweight guy....I get it!! The simple truth of the matter is that carefree days have been replaced by 24/7 responsibilities, marriage/relationships, a baby or two (or three), a mortgage and a boss who reminds you of all three. Maybe you'll agree.... Pringles and chocolate bars that once disappeared in a puff of metabolic smoke now linger like an oil spill. Get this >> did you know your physiological capacity - the overall performance of most of your body's systems decreases by around 1% per year from 30 onwards. Hence the pringle and chocolate hangover Muscle mass decreases by 3 - 5% each decade after your 30's So what can you do to safeguard this? You need to switch your focus to preventative fitness and follow a simple approach to nutrition that's sustainable for life and not just a faddy quick fix. Which is why I want to help you take back control just as I have using the very system that my clients use to stay leaner and fitter in their 30's, 40's and beyond.
