We are a UK registered charity (no. 220764) and in 2017 we joined the Hymns Ancient and Modern group. We are here to help preachers. If you're a preacher, you've come to the right place. Because we exist to help you with your preaching ministry! There are three main ways by which we can do this: through publications, events and training. We're a network of preachers, some experienced and some new to the task, ordained and lay, from different denominations and traditions, drawn together by a shared belief that good preaching matters, who want to help each other fulfil their preaching ministry. We warmly welcome others wanting to join us to develop and share their gifts. To individuals... we offer varied opportunities to enrich preaching, in particular through a variety of resource material - magazine articles, sermons and reviews - in print and on line our events - occasions to meet leading preachers from this and other countries, to attend workshops run by College tutors, and to share fellowship and experiences with other preachers open seminars for basic and more advanced preaching tuition, and discussion of important issues for preachers. We regularly work with... other bodies engaged in the training of clergy and lay preachers, to whom we are able to offer tutors with special skills in different aspects of preaching who can contribute to training programs and events already planned seminars and workshops prepared and run by the College, tailored to meet specific learning needs We believe that... preaching is God's calling faithful preaching is vital to the life of the church and the sharing of the gospel preaching should be fresh, biblical and directly relevant to contemporary experience and events there are different ways of preaching and it is important to explore and develop them all preachers can learn from each other.

The organisation is working hard on widening partnership with local and national organisations in order to more effectively fight poverty and education inequality leading to many negative factors in the society. The organisation is promoting decrease in initial social and educational disadvantage along with gaining by beneficiaries’ necessary life and working skills to improve their lives and step out from poverty via fair paid work and education. We are a passionate group of HR specialists that love to deal with people. My name is Paula Ashton and in 2012 I started Ashton People Solutions, a company which provides HR support, advice and consultancy to small to medium sized businesses across the UK. I have worked in HR for over 20 years in corporate organisations such as Barclays, Royal Bank of Scotland, Dixons Group and the automotive sector. I developed Ashton People Solutions as a result of friends and family business-owners requesting my help with HR issues. I soon realised that there was demand for ad-hoc HR support for smaller businesses, either on-site or remotely. I have extensive experience of dealing with employment law advice, HR policy advice – including disciplinary and grievance-, maternity and absence management. I have managed large-scale recruitment and selection campaigns and can offer this service along with training and development programmes. I have a Masters in Personnel & Development and a Chartered MCIPD qualified member. In addition to this, I am also a Qualified Trainer, Level A Psychometric Assessor and Level B Personality Profiling Assessor. Claire and Brigid are HR Assistants and joined me in April 2021. Claire holds a Level 5 CIPD HR Management qualification and a 1st class honours degree in Law & Business Management. Claire has 15 years of valuable HR experience from her background which includes the public and private sector and education. Brigid also holds a Level 5 CIPD HR Management qualification and is an Associate CIPD member. Brigid has eight years worth of HR experience in the private and charity sector, working at The Trafford Centre and Chester Zoo. Our bespoke service offers flexibility and a personal approach – which sets us apart from many other HR support service providers.

CTVC is a multi-BAFTA-winning and Grierson nominated independent production company producing content that raises important ethical and moral issues, from the perspective of all faiths and none. Broadcasting across all networks, both in the UK and internationally, our television, radio, education and online platforms aim is to get people thinking and talking. Established in 1978 by Lord and Lady Rank, CTVC is a registered charity which receives a grant from the Rank Foundation; a grant-giving charitable trust whose mission is to improve the lives of young and disadvantaged people and their communities, across the UK. The company ethos was sparked in the 1930s when, as a Sunday school teacher, J. Arthur Rank became frustrated by the limited teaching materials for children and decided to take matters into his own hands (a legacy we continue today through our subsidiary, TrueTube). He established the ‘Religious Film Society’ to produce films for schools and churches. From there the slate and variance of projects grew, and Lord Rank went on to purchase the Odeon Cinema chain and Elstree Studios, as well as set up the legendary Pinewood Film Studios. The Centre for Television and Communication, as it became known, saw the thriving operation move to newly built studios in a converted country house named ‘Hillside’. Based in Bushey, North London, an early production, Will the Real Jesus Christ Please Stand Up? featured a fresh faced, young Hugh Grant. In 2005 we changed our name to CTVC Ltd and although we have progressed with the rapidly changing media landscape, the principles laid out by Lord Rank’s vision are still at the heart of everything we do. I work as a wellbeing coach and specialist autism support worker guiding, supporting and empowering the people I work with to live the best lives they can. I aim to be a a catalyst in individuals transformation, ushering souls towards their fullest potential and most authentic and integrated versions of self. I believe that every person has the potential to actualise a life with wellbeing, purpose and deep meaning at the forefront; with the right resources, support and self-belief anything is possible. My Integrative Wellbeing Coaching approach comes from a belief that a holistic approach to wellbeing through combining physical, emotional and spiritual well-being is vital to improved long-term wellbeing. I am a 500hr qualified yoga and meditation instructor, with a passion for spirituality and related practices. I have worked in various settings that inform how I work. My work with the charity S.A.N.E on a mental health helpline and W.I.S.H (women in secure hospitals) gave me a deep understanding of lived experiences of mental health. My time in various community settings both in youth and adult services offering support and wellbeing services, has developed my awareness of the factors from our childhood and youth as well as socio-economic and environmental factors that inform the adults we become. In recent year my interest has been in working with individuals and groups to get deeper into the work of creating transformation in their hearts and lives. My practice is informed by my own journey through mental health challenges and addiction recovery. Its my lived experience that gives me a genuine compassion, directness and approachability. Alongside my wellbeing work I work as a Specialist Autism Support Worker with the National Autistic Society. I am passionate about working with the unique strengths and challenges of neuro-diversity, having pursued a late diagnosis of ASD myself in 2017.

Amplify is a training and development consultancy led by Tom Burke. Founded in 2003, amplify provides services primarily to the voluntary sector with a focus on children and youth issues both in the UK and in the Global South. Tom has an extensive history of personal, professional and voluntary work with children and young people and the wider voluntary sector. From a child involved in youth work and global child rights advocacy, he developed skills and experience as a practitioner and advocate. He can bring this mix of experiences into work as a trainer, writer and consultant. Most recently, Tom was Deputy Chief Executive at Y Care International, the international development agency of the YMCA movement. He led their International Citizen Service youth volunteering programme, safeguarding & security, global youth work, policy & advocacy and financial management. Working part-time this was balanced with a range of freelance projects. Previously, Tom grew up in the youth and child rights movement. As a young activist, he was a member of the steering group of the Child Rights Caucus at the UN Special Session on Children and director of social enterprise ‘Young People Change the World’. He was engaged in local youth participation initiatives creating platforms for young people to be heard or to access services, including in sexual health and children in care. Tom was Chair of Trustees of youth-focussed international development charity Peace Child International. He was previously Senior Policy and Change Officer at the Children’s Rights Alliance for England, where he specialised in children’s participation rights, undertaking policy analysis, Parliamentary lobbying and campaigning for change. Over the past 15 years, he has undertaken consultancy for a range of clients on projects ranging from safeguarding, inclusion, evaluation and research projects, training and direct delivery.

Sir John Dunford During his 50-year career in education, John Dunford has held a wide range of roles. These were outlined in the introduction to his book, ‘The School Leadership Journey’, published in November 2016 by John Catt. http://www.johncattbookshop.com/the-school-leadership-journey John was general secretary of the Association of School and College Leaders (formerly the Secondary Heads Association) from 1998 to 2010. Prior to that, he was a member of the leadership team of three secondary schools in the north-east of England from 1974 to 1998, including 16 years as head of Durham Johnston Comprehensive School, an 11-18 school with 1500 pupils. John was a member of the Councils of Durham and Nottingham Universities for 11 and 6 years respectively and was a member of the Local Government Association’s Commission on the Organisation of the School Year. He was chair of Whole Education from 2010 to 2019, the Chartered Institute of Educational Assessors from 2011 to 2014 and of the charity Step Together Volunteering from 2010 to 2018. He served on the board of trustees of Teach First and the advisory board of Future Leaders from the inception of those organisations and was a member of the governing council of the National College for School Leadership. John was the government’s National Pupil Premium Champion from 2013 to 2015, an independent role in which he worked with schools, trusts, teaching schools and local authorities on the effective use of the pupil premium to raise the educational achievement of disadvantaged pupils, reporting back to the Department for Education on issues raised by school leaders and teachers. John is a trustee of the Learn Academies Trust in south Leicestershire.
