I was the Founder and CEO of SEO Agency Verve Search, a company I built from
scratch and grew to become one of the most respected and award-winning agencies
in Europe. In 2017, I sold Verve Search to Omnicom Media Group, staying on as

non-executive and advisory roles. I have mentored dozens of people throughout my
career and find great joy in supporting others on their journey. If I have
learned anything about how to succeed in business, it’s that you have to be true
to yourself – every step of the way. I draw on my knowledge of psychology and
neuroscience and apply it to business management, creating a unique offering
that focuses on the humans behind the business. I help people find their truths
and become more authentically, more truly themselves. That’s what it means to be
Ekte. Mentoring I have mentored dozens of people throughout my career, and I
find great joy in supporting others on their journey. I believe that it is the
distance between who we are, and who we pretend to be, that creates blocks to
