At the center we hold 10 week courses for Puppy and Adult dogs. The ten week dog training classes progressing to beginner, Intermediate and advanced levels. At the centre we have large indoor and outdoor facilities which include consultation rooms for private lessons. Here we can help you with dog behavioural problems individually. We also provide home visits to help you with your dogs behavioural problems that may exist at home. At Rockwood we train and supply animals for the film and TV Industry, including modelling, advertising, theatre and can provide Britains leading dog display team for outdoor events. Many of the dogs that we supply have come through our dog training centre. Some of the dogs work their way through our courses and go on to join the Rockwood Dog Display Team. The Team are ranked the UKs leading dog demonstration team and have performed all over the UK including Royal Events, Military Shows and Crufts. The Rockwood Dog Display Team have also work on corporate events and have had countless TV appearances. They impress the audience with their skills of Obedience, Agility, Man Work and tricks, all beautifully performed to music. It is particularly important with the nature of our work that all the dogs look in tip top condition. At our Grooming parlour in Llanbradach, Ellen Winfield insures that all the film dog are looking their best. Ellen is a City and guild qualified groomer and offers dog grooming and cat grooming for all breeds of dogs and cats at her salon. Ellen offers a high quality service, checking the dogs ears ,eyes and nails. Rockwood Grooming Parlor offers a pick up and delivery service.

Hi I'm Lisa and I live in the middle of the Test Valley in Hampshire, with my husband, two children, my dog Inca and cat Ebury. After having my son George in 2015 and moving from a city to a village, I decided to put my career in the corporate world on hold and spend time at home being a mummy. This life style change enabled me to explore my creative side. I loved living in a village and joined one of the local village WI groups and their craft club. I also took a number of workshops including blind making and cake decorating. However my love of jewellery, magpie tendencies and previous experience with bead work, soon lead me to the magic of Silver Clay. Once I found Silver Clay I was hooked! My ability and design ideas soon had my teacher suggesting I start a small business. This is how Country Designs by Lisa was born in 2017. All my work is inspired by the country side and nature around me. I love nothing more than going foraging on a dog walk or when out and about with my children and often come back with pockets filled with more items collected on walks than my children! . I love to learn and am continuing to update my skills and over the last few years I have added traditional silversmith techniques to my work. I have also passed my Level 1 and Level 2 Art Clay certificates and i'm currently working towards my Level 3. Gaining Level 1 & 2 enables me to teach under the Art Clay banner, this was very important for me to pass before I started to teach as it gives me the knowledge and skills to teach my students correctly. Most of my range, except some smaller items, are fully hallmarked by the London Assay Office. This is a 700 year old tradition that gives buyers the assurance they are buying a quality item which has been fully tested by the Assay Office. After an 8-year career in marketing, I decided that I didn’t really want to do that any more. So, I did a part-time MSc in Nutrition, Physical Activity & Public Health at the University of Bristol, qualified as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, then quit my job and started my own business (a very succinct summary making it sound way more straight forward than it was). I have the enormous privilege of living on a beautiful farm in South Oxfordshire with my husband, Andy and our “little ones”, Geoffrey (dog) and Rupert (cat). Living on the farm, I have all the space anyone could need to keep active. I never really loved the gym environment and always found the regimented, rep counting, calorie tracking, muscle building approach to exercise very unnecessary. I feel best when I’m outdoors, being active in anyway that I fancy. I love strength training, but I quickly figured out that you don’t need machines in a gym to be able to do this. You just need to lift heavy things… and there are plenty of heavy things lying around the farm.

I love to empower and support writers and performers and can help you to find your story and the courage, confidence and tools to tell it. I’m a creative communications professional, writing all manner of copy from the scientific to social media posts through to celebration of the sublime, and have had work published in local, regional and national outlets. I founded truth & dare events in 2021 to provide a platform for people with something to say. We’ve found a home for our poetry events at The Lamb Inn in Sandford, but facilitate poetry and creative writing workshops at Crediton Arts Centre and The White Room Creative Space. My first poetry pamphlet, you are here, was published with our very own fledgling imprint, Sandrock Press in 2021. You can find out more and buy a copy here. I live in a falling down house outside Exeter with a husband, daft dog, dribbly cat and three hens who foster not-so-secret plans for world domination.

Our aim at Catleaps is to inspire gymnasts to achieve success at their highest possible level, encouraging confidence and developing co-ordination, flexibility and strength. We are affiliated to British Gymnastics, the UK National Governing Body for the sport of Gymnastics and London Gymnastics, the London regional representatives for British Gymnastics. We are members of the Havering Sports Council, and are working towards GymMark (Club Mark quality accreditation). We have links with many schools within the London Boroughs of Havering and Barking & Dagenham, and have worked with the schools mentioned below to provide gymnastics opportunities ranging from gymnastics taster sessions through to coaching gymnasts to compete at the British Schools Gymnastics Association National Finals and the London Youth Games. My story starts with the toughest year I had ever experienced: A miscarriage at 11 weeks having had menstrual issues for 20 years & subsequently suffered with mental health problems. I was signed off from work & for that year I focused on me. Exploring a variety of alternative therapies, waiting and wanting to be fixed. I also put my mind to projects around the home and garden, which became a sanctuary for me and our cat Moo, and we became therapy for each other. But all of a sudden, it was as if the universe was listening to me & heard my plea, I’d found hope and faith that there was a reason to continue; dōTERRA came late October, and Reiki and Crystal Therapy came mid November. These both gave me the holistic medicine tools which I'll carry with me for life and have since evolved into a low-waste, low-tox, and rather empowering lifestyle. So I welcome you to my site, to my life & to how these methods, products and habits have genuinely re-routed my journey.
