Envirohort has been created to help everyone achieve their goals in life. We use different activities to create employment and training opportunities in a range of sectors. We work with a number of schools, colleges and companies – delivering high quality training and formal vocational qualifications. We have an excellent track record delivering Formal Qualifications which could lead to a progressive pathway onto a Study Programme, Traineeship, Apprenticeship. We also offer Work Placement Activities specialising in Landscaping/Construction, Motor Vehicle, Childcare, Health & Social Care and Hair & Beauty. We work with all students with different Academic abilities, SEN and students who are at risk or have been excluded from mainstream Education. For those students who my be unsure about their vocational path – we can hold taster sessions and activities to assist them with their choices. References from other Schools and Academies demonstrating our quality of delivery and variety of activity can be made available.

the mental wealth project

Mental WealthThe Mental Wealth Project is a mental health literacy education programme for young people. The aim is to equip young people and their families with knowledge, tools and skills to reduce stigma, improve wellbeing, spot warning signs of mental distress, and enhance access to the right care and support when they need it. Le Va delivers tailored face-to-face workshops in secondary schools, sports-clubs, churches and other community settings. This Mental Wealth website was designed to complement these workshops. Because the online world is a significant community for young people, The Mental Wealth Project also includes social media and gaming as important things that can impact on mental health and wellbeing. The team at Le Va co-designed and tested the programme over 2 years (2017-2018) with young people, Pasifika and Māori rangatahi, parents, teachers, secondary schools, rugby league clubs, sports coaches, clinicians, mental health organisations, gamers, suicide prevention specialists and cultural knowledge holders. We support children, young people and adults with their mental and emotional wellbeing, challenging existing stigma in society and promoting positive life-changing growth.Good Hope Services CIC supports children, young people and adults with their mental and emotional wellbeing, challenging existing stigma in society and promoting positive life-changing growth. Mental health services are limited and stretched, unable to cope with demand. NHS waiting lists are long and therapy can be unaffordable. Not being able to access immediate support and care can have devastating effects, leading to further decline in mental health. We do not think people should have to wait until crisis point to get the help they need. We focus on early intervention to prevent long-term consequences, and support individuals and families into empowerment. As a Community Interest company, we take a holistic approach to our work, offering a range of well-established and evidence-based support services that are entirely led by the needs of the community.

oscott academy

Oscott Academy is a registered independent school that supports the learning of students in Key Stage 4 (Year 10 and 11). Oscott Academy prides itself on its pastoral approach, fostering an environment where students can develop and be part of the Oscott Academy family. We support students with diagnoses of ASD, ADHD, ADD and anxiety, in addition to those who display symptoms of SEMH. We also support vulnerable students who have struggled to learn in a mainstream setting. The school has a high level of student support with a ration of 5:1 (student to staff ratio). Oscott Academy was opened in 2014 by Stewart Dance, an experienced practitioner with over a decades experience in educational settings. Ethos Statement The ethos of Oscott Academy is that of inclusion, respect and creating a family environment where students can be part of the Oscott Academy family. We are committed to providing a service to our students who are recognised as the most important group within the school community. Staff demonstrate due consideration and respect for their students. Students' rights to voice opinions is recognised and staff will work with students to deal with their concerns. The efforts which members of staff make to improve the learning process and promote partnership will be recognised by students adopting an active role in their own learning. When dealing with difficult situations we will seek to resolve problems by mediation, respecting the feelings of all involved. Oscott Academy's approach to creating a safe, family environment has enabled students at the academy to achieve positive outcomes Post 16. All of our students move onto positive post-16. They all have impartial careers advice and support in their college/post 16 applications. wolverhampton vocational training centre

We are a bespoke Training Centre for students aged 16-19 with Special Educational Needs. The students will have an emotional, behavioural or complex cognitive need which will be reflected in their Educational Health and Care Plans. Our school will aim to admit up to 25 students each academic year. Each student will stay with us for a minimum of two full academic years. Our centre is a specialist provider with a focus on preparing the students for the world of work. The curriculum reflects this ethos and the students can select from a range of practical courses designed to reflect current job market trends. All of the students are expected to continue with studying English and Maths as well as developing their interpersonal, social and communication skills through Personal Development and Employability qualifications. Our aim is that by the time each student leaves that they are able to function in a work environment or that they are able to further their skills through further education or training courses.

The Beauty Click was founded in April 2018 by Chantelle Bass. The idea came about as Chantelle has always been a working parent and understands how difficult it is to make time for beauty and hair treatments. She wanted to produce a website that has a platform for both the beauty and hair  specialists themselves and for the customers wanting to fit in appointments around their busy schedules. After being let down by her new child-minder for the umpteenth time, Chantelle bit the bullet gave up her sales career and put her all into launching this business. Chantelle’s life time friend Lauren came on board in June 2018, after understanding and sharing her vision she chose to also focus on building The Beauty Click brand. Lauren too is a parent and has dealt with the stresses of fitting things in around her parenting and work life. Chantelle’s career has mainly been within the sales and business development sector and Laurens within childcare, but both have also worked in the beauty industry and have a strong passion to be able to help those that want to learn new skills and move into the hair and beauty realm. After putting their full focus into the growth of The Beauty Click, working tirelessly to put into action the many ideas they’ve had and continue to envision, as well as being full time parents. It hasn’t been an easy journey so far but has been both exciting and inspiring, they are passionate and dedicated to the success of the company and are proud of the entrepreneurs they have become. A lot of the values of the business are to help parents get into flexible work by providing training and then to assist with a customer base, the Beauty Click has proved to be perfect for this. Also, to provide a solution for not just parents, but for everybody in this hectic world that we live in to keep up with regular self-care appointments or to allow for that cheeky pamper session. The Beauty Click is in a league of its own when it comes to Beauty on demand services. We do not set our prices, our members set their own. This means customers have a choice of the amount they are able or wanting to spend on treatments. We do not push out those that have a lower budget and we also have high end members that use exclusive products and have a higher price range. We pride ourselves in catering to the needs of all, including you!
