Whether you’re looking to achieve fat loss, build lean muscle mass, become more
flexible, tone up, or just want get fitter, stronger, feel healthier and have
more energy. With over 15 years training knowledge and experience, WE CAN HELP.
Working privately with you on a 1:1 basis is a great way to ensure we can start
at the right level for you and progress as you need, alongside setting tailored
goals. Private sessions are held in our spacious fitness studio/gym in Herne
Bay.
Following an initial FREE of charge 20min consultation in order to learn a
little bit more about you and uncover your goals, we will create a bespoke
programme for us to work through. This can be completely flexible and tailored
to meet your needs, whether you’re looking for weekly/monthly training, or
somewhere in between. The programme will include your exercise programme as well
as nutrition advice and guidance.
Each session we have together is followed up with additional programming for you
to complete during the week, developed with your schedule and needs in mind.
