Welcome to Weston Favell Academy, part of the Greenwood Academies Trust (GAT).
This is an incredibly exciting time for the Academy as we aim to develop young
people who are excited by achievement, driven by aspiration and grasp every
opportunity. Collaboration is the best way to achieve this therefore we, the
staff team, will actively: Remove barriers to success Ensure there is no ceiling
to achievement Engender a culture where excuses for underperformance do not
exist I find young people are most engaged when they are interested and excited
by what they are learning. This comes from high quality teaching and learning
and at Weston Favell Academy, we are on a rapid journey of improvement.
