Every child I work with learns a set of coaching skills that they can apply to support them throughout their lives, long after the coaching sessions have ended, even as adults. Dependent on what the child chooses to work on in their sessions there will be a variety of outcomes. From learning to navigate healthy friendships whilst building their confidence and resilience, to better managing feelings of anxiety - no matter the situation - or really exploring who they are and what they want out of their life. Many of my clients embrace the fact that I'm an adult who doesn't exist in their physical lives and so this enables them to be really open and honest about their thoughts and feelings. Developing a growth mindset alongside invaluable life skills such as understanding emotions, self-expression and effective communication sets them up for a fulfilled and successful future.

Why do we want to provide training? The Aesthetic Training Rooms LTD was born following setting up our own aesthetic clinic during the Covid-19 Pandemic. As a Dentist and Dental Therapist, we have over 30 years of combined experience in dentistry but both of us wanted a career to move outside of dentistry. We both enjoyed the Aesthetic aspect of Dentistry, allowing us to see immediate results for patients. When we both initially trained our interest grew and motivated us to train harder in many procedures and courses available to us. We have been in a position where we have researched the best providers of aesthetic courses with the best reports but, in some cases, we didn’t feel we were given good value for money. The courses lacked content, models and follow up care. Gone are the days where you can set up a business on lip fillers and toxin alone. Patients require a more holistic approach to their aesthetic journey. This is where we feel we can support the aesthetic practitioner who wants to provide more for their patients. We provide accredited courses in microneedling, chemical peels and mesotherapy. We are both registered providers to train on behalf of WOW Fusion and Dr Helen is a Key Opinion Leader for Karisma, she recently lectured about this product at FACE Conference

Castle LGV Training was first founded by retired firefighter, Malcolm Mackay, back in 1980. Over the years Malcolm and his team have trained hundreds of people allowing them to start their careers in various industries such as firefighters, ambulance drivers, paramedics, long distance lorry drivers, refuse collectors….the list goes on! The business is now operated by husband and wife duo, Neil and Nikki. Neil is a retired firefighter and Nikki has had an extensive career in business management.
