My aim in a Yoga Nama class is to create a relaxed, welcoming and safe
environment in which to practice. Whether you are hoping to reduce stress and
learn to relax, gain flexibility and strength, reduce back pain, encourage a
healthy, positive pregnancy and prepare for the birth of your baby, or regain
fitness after birth, illness or injury, I hope to share with you the many
benefits that Yoga can bring.
