Meet our founder, Nicole Simpson. Nicole has more than 16 years of experience in
the aesthetics and beauty industry, ranging from holding executive-level
positions at L’Oreal to helping fundraise for biotech start-ups looking to scale
their international expansion. Nicole’s passion is helping founders, physicians,
aestheticians, and influencers create the brand of their dreams, as well as find
success in bringing it to market. We recently have been experiencing some major
growth, so we have taken the plunge and have expanded our team! We are so
excited, and can’t wait to work with you. We are a consulting agency that
manages all aspects of the cosmeceuticals and aesthetics industry, although we
normally focus on a few specific pieces of it. From developing and building
meaningful skincare and cosmetics brands, to coaching and growing social media
