I am a qualified Personal Trainer, fitness lover, nature rambler and cat Mum. I
support people like you to get fitter, stronger and happier. I believe fitness
can be part of your life, fitting into any busy lifestyle. I aim to make fitness
and nutrition less complicated, educating and empowering you to make healthy
choices. I have a passion for helping people and will cheer you on as you find
the best version of yourself. I am 27 years old and I have lived my whole life
in Edinburgh, Scotland. For the last five years I’ve been a qualified
Occupational Therapist working in the NHS. I have worked in an array of services
from Mental Health, Paediatrics to Over 65’s. I always knew I wanted to do more
to help people change their lives through health and fitness. I initially got
into fitness in my final years of university, being fed up of the sedentary
lifestyle I was leading. I remember not knowing where to start, feeling lost and
intimidated by the gym environment. I started workouts from home, improving my
fitness and confidence in my living room. I soon decided I wanted to try
something different, so I got an online programme to follow, making the return
to the gym much easier. It was then I found a love for weight training, and it
wasn’t long before I invested in a Personal Trainer myself to teach me correct
technique, keep me accountable and support my journey to achieving my goals. Now
I want to help you do the same! Whether you choose to work with me online or in
person, I want to share with you my passion for health and fitness and help you
fall in love with the process!
