Welcome to CPR Pensacola and CPR Mississippi! We are proud to be your source for all your BLS, ACLS, PALS, and First Aid/CPR training needs. Based in Pensacola, FL and with locations throughout the Southeast we can help you meet your training requirements. We are pleased to offer a variety of AHA (American Heart Association) courses at all of our locations in both Instructor-Led (Classroom) and Blended Learning formats. We are also an AHA Training Center and offer open-enrollment Instructor Courses several times a year. Learn more about our classes here! Classroom-based Courses Heartsaver Courses – Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED is geared towards anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years. Please contact your employer to ensure that you are selecting the correct course. Heartsaver can be completed as CPR/AED only, First Aid only, First Aid and CPR/AED, or Pediatric First Aid and CPR/AED. This course is a video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage an emergency until emergency medical services arrives. This course uses AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback, and guide the students’ learning of skills. Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider – BLS is geared towards prehospital providers, like EMTs, paramedics, fire fighters, and in-facility hospital providers. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years. Please contact your employer to ensure that you are selecting the correct course. The BLS Instructor-led course teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on High-Quality CPR and team dynamics.

Our Story In the 1980s both Judi and Alex were serving Police Officers and in the 1992 Alex left to join the London Ambulance Service. During their service, they both witnessed the importance of good First aid care and, having a passion for teaching, started out as freelance instructors for other companies. Judi become fed up with Alex's constant comments that he could "do better, cheaper" and told him to "do something about it!!!" Services Our courses range from brief 2 hour introductory seminars and 1/2 day Basic Life Support (BLS) courses to the 1-day Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) and 3-day First Aid at Work (FAW) to the 5-day Level 3 First Responder on Scene (FROS) courses. In addition Holos has the ability to devise bespoke training to meet your individual workplace requirements and has successfully delivered training to a wide and diverse variety of clients including student doctors at Kings College London (which incorporates Kings College, Guys and St Thomas' Hospitals), the ground crew for the London Ambulance Service's Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS), the staff of the National Maritime Museum, security staff and specialist units within HM Armed Forces.
