Having worked in Education for much of his career Neil is used to working with a
broad spectrum of clients. As a former Head teacher, Senior Adviser and now
director of two independent companies that specialise in training, coaching and
facilitation Neil has a wide range of skills and experience to draw upon in his
work. He delivers leadership training programmes for a number of organisations
across the UK. He is an accredited Performance Coach and has worked with
teachers, school leaders and public sector managers, as well as coaching private
sector clients from a range of industries.
