Clerks Associates emerged from identifying a gap in the market for a
professional, independent one stop shop support for schools and academies to
manage school appeals in an efficient and cost-effective manner. We were there
at the start of the academisation programme and understand what needs to be done
to deliver a professional independent service. We set up a central office in
London, created our brand and rolled our services out across the country making
us the largest independent provider of school appeals management in England. We
bring together knowledge and experience from our background in local authorities
legal and democratic services coupled with experience in HM Courts & Tribunal
Service, supporting independent judiciary in the administration of justice.
