We are dedicated to effective communication and collaboration founded on mutual respect, understanding and kindness. We want to bridge the gap between rhetoric and reality for families of people with complex needs through supporting families, training and influencing policy makers and providers.

We are a training company based in West Sussex, but can come to you nationwide or complete the training in our classroom for no extra charge. We take passion in leading with immersive training elements to ensure your experience is just outstanding.  We stand out from the crowd by running a variety of virtual reality modules during our training sessions only using the very best equipment, instructors and locations to train from.  We are also the home of the UCAS POINTS BOOSTER course which helps prospective students to access some courses, universities and degree level apprenticeships by giving them that boost of UCAS points in less than a week!

Adult Swim Lesson- Emergency Learn To Swim Emergency learn to swim, private 1-1 lessons are for those who need to learn to swim quickly. These are offered as single 2 hour sessions, ideal for swimmers or 5 x 2hr packages, ideal for non-swimmers. A swimming crash course can help you learn the skills and build the confidence in water in a very short period of time. Cruise ships, off-shore workers, oil workers - water safety. We have been Market Gardening since 2010 and Ashley grew up on an organic market garden in Sussex before studying Horticulture at Reading University. We were awarded the Young Organic Growers of the Year Award in 2021 and have been running courses since around 2016

Paloma Forde  is a leading expert in the field of special educational needs & dyslexia with 27 years in the educational sectore!   Early Intervention and Early Detection are essential!  She founded Dyslexia Support Services in April 2016 and by January 2017, already received recognition by Dragon Den's Theo Pathitis by winning Small Business Sunday. (Only 1% of 370 000 make it!)   She then went on to get recognition about her work by Jacqueline Gold (CBE) in June the same year.  She provides screenings, specialised tuition, assessments, workshops, webinars for parents & professionals and Growth Mindset coaching for kids.   She has worked across all Key Stages of the National Curriculum and currently supports private students as well as support students with asd at her local university.
