We run workshops which give people the opportunity to learn a new skill, to meet new people and have fun. Each workshop is different, in the past we have run workshops marbling, playing with clay, beeswax wrap making, making an art attack and a fire engine! Monthly Creative Workshops: we run affordable monthly workshops are for adults of all abilities. You do not need any creative experience to attend any of the workshops and we make them as accessible as possible. One off Workshops: run one off workshops for all ages and are often commissioned to create workshops for specific groups or projects. Commissioned workshops: We at Myriad love creating workshops which are tied into events, causes, projects or are wonderfully extraordinary! We have been commissioned to create workshops for many other people and organisations. We are a creative bunch and if you have an idea or something you want made, we can make it into a workshop! We love a challenge! A bit more about us as an organisation… Myriad’s Vision: Myriad’s vision is a society where everyone has confidence in their creativity, regularly enjoys creating wonderful things and engaging with the arts. Myriad’s Mission: To run workshops that bring people together in a fun, relaxed and social environment to nurture their creative confidence and develop their skills. We have met too many people who believe they are not creative, and that are put off participating in any arts project because of fear. We believe that everyone is creative, that they are capable of making amazing things and can get a lot of enjoyment from doing so. We know that sometimes people just need to learn skills to express their creativity and need support and feedback to help them build their confidence, in a non-pressure environment.

Our primary focus is Worship Music and Creative students attending or serving in local churches in developing countries who are not in a position to access highly specialised education. We help students explore and develop artistic and Creative talents for personal, ministerial, entrepreneurial and academic enhancements. All courses are bespoke and reflect the values and expectations of industry practice and mainstream education. We seek to prepare students to enrich and enhance worship through Music and the Creative Arts in the local church whilst being prepared for access to the global Creative sector. It was transformed with a Decision of the People's Assembly of 21 June 1995 and is a successor of the higher technical school, established in Ruse on 12.11.1945. There are eight faculties in the structure of the University: Agrarian and Industrial Faculty, Faculty of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, Faculty of Electrical Engineering Electronics and Automation, Faculty of Transport, Faculty of Business and Management, Faculty of Natural Sciences and Education, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Public Health and Healthcare, two Branches of Ruse University in Silistra and Razgrad and a Bulgarian and Romanian Inter-university Europa Centre. The strategic priorities of the University are as follows: preparation of students for work in the conditions of strong competition on the labour market and expanding the scope of training; development of the intra-university system for quality control in education; development of the staff and research potential; implementation of a set of activities in the field of European integration and international relations; building up of a well-organised university system, flexible with respect to the external conditions, with modern facilities and information database. High Grange School’s multi-disciplinary approach incorporates best practices and autism-friendly strategies and supports in order to meet the educational needs of students who have ASD. Our students learn how to develop and use effective compensatory strategies to overcome difficulties in social and emotional processing, communication and flexibility in thinking and behaviour, all of which can combine to have a negative impact on their learning. The design of the school; its environment and facilities; and the structure and delivery of our educational programmes are created to reduce the stress and anxieties often associated with an autism spectrum condition. Our enabling teaching approach provides multiple physical and practical opportunities as well as visual supports for learning. This helps students to achieve their full potential by understanding and dealing with personal challenges while making the most of their abilities and strengths. Managing expectations realistically is a core part of our educational programme. Individualised Learning Plans are created for all students with input from the school’s specialist therapists. These plans include strategies to enable students to manage their anxieties; to regulate their emotional responses; and to reduce or eliminate negative and inappropriate behaviours which are preventing effective learning and positive social interactions. During the school day students have access to a varied and stimulating curriculum. The Classes are grouped by Key Stage and students are taught in small groups of up to 6. Teachers use detailed planning to ensure each individual is enabled to achieve in all areas. Classrooms are well-equipped and include specialist facilities for Music, Art & Design, D&T, Science, Computer Science and ICT, Food Technology and Performing Arts. High Grange has excellent PE facilities, including a swimming pool, large gymnasium, hard court areas and extensive grassed areas.

Academi Westend Academy® (originally Gwynedd School of Dance & Performing Arts Centre) has been established in Bangor, North Wales for over 40 years. Principal, Natalie Robb took over the ballet school in 1997 and has since developed it into an all-round performing arts school. We offer classes in Cecchetti Ballet, ISTD Tap, Modern and Jazz, LAMDA Singing, Drama & Musical Theatre, Acro, Street Dance/Hip Hip, Flamenco, Stage School / Musical Theatre and Wedding ‘First Dance’ Classes. In September 2011 we became a LAMDA Examination Centre, being able to offer classes and examinations in Singing, Drama and Musical Theatre, under The London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art (LAMDA). In June 2012, we became the winners of the award for ‘Best Pre School Class in North Wales’ for our Dancin’ Dotz Class (as voted for by the Netmums members). This was a fantastic honour for our school and a credit to our little Dancin’ Dotz themselves, as well as our teachers. This class has grown from strength to strength over the years and is the very popular start to our Junior Programme ‘Westend Stars’. In December 2018 we opened the door to our new studio’s on Farrar Road in Bangor and rebranded to ‘Academi Westend Academy®’.
