A few words about us at Cyber Benab. We are an online meeting place which aims to increase awareness of cybersecurity through online events, such as weekend bootcamps and intensive training courses. About us Our mission at Cyber Benab is to develop a community of cybersecurity aware enthusiasts and experts with the knowledge to defend critical data and infrastructure for individuals, businesses and government. Dr. Fraser, our Operations Director has developed cybersecurity and computer systems administration training courses for both private sector organisations, such as the Flatiron School in New York, and outreach courses for disadvantaged groups, including retraining for programmes for immigrant engineers at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. More recently, he has contributed to cybersecurity workshops as part of Vaugh’s College CSTEP programme which aims to increase access by minority and economically disadvantaged students to academic programs at the college level in scientific and technical fields. Cyber Benab is one of 108 UK security startup companies nominated to take part in the 2021 Cyber Runway accelerator programme which is sponsored by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS). During 2022, Cyber Benab in collaboration with the Digital Policy Alliance and local outreach groups will play a leading role in delivery cybersecurity training to disadvantage groups in the UK starting with the London Borough of Lambeth. In recent years, digitisation has exploded in every aspect of the global economy. This development has increased our reliance on mobile devices to interact with friends and family, work, shopping, news, lifestyle, social media, banking and finance. North East Grains is a large farmer owned cooperative based at Longhirst, Morpeth. North East Grains was founded in 1987 with a 10,000 tonnes capacity drying and storage facility and just 4 members. The farmer owned members cooperative was set up with the aim to benefit its membership with a collaborative approach through scale and providing a range of services. Since then, North East Grains has grown to one of the largest farming cooperatives in the North East with our original aim at the forefront of this growth. Today, North East Grains offers over 60,000 tonnes of grain drying and storage to its 80 plus members as well as a number of other beneficial services including:  Feed Milling and Production  Grain Marketing and value-added grain sales  Input purchasing and buying group  Fuels and energy supplier  Agri Waste collection site  Agronomy service and Farm Business Consultancy North East Grains has, and continues to developed the grain and feed facility and its services it offers. Most recently, we have invested over £2m in a state-of-the-art grain drying and cleaning plant increasing the site’s processing capacity to over 150 tonnes per hour alongside extending our grain storage capacity by 20,000 tonnes. We are investing heavily in our feed production facility to further improve the quality, consistency and traceability of our ever growing feed business. This will benefit our members by adding value to the marketable grain but also to local producers who rely on the feed we produce. In 2022 North East Grains received granting funding from the Rural Payment Agency – funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), which is part of the European Structural Investment Funds (ESIF). This Funding formed part of our newly developed Feed Production System.

It is a place to find and share experiences of how metal has helped us, the meaning we take from songs or lyrics, and play lists that we have found useful. It is for everyone, so we don’t judge each others metal preferences. If you would like to share your own recovery story about how metal has helped you please contact us, we can make stories anonymous if you prefer. We continue to develop a few shared playlists under heavy metal therapy, which can be expanding and changing. We like people to share their own music or art if it comes with a reason/message to do with mental health. We may be a small and select group, but we are open to suggestions of expanding. Hopefully over time this will become led by and shaped by those who use it, so it’s not set in stone, it can grow and change. See this video for a bit more about us. The Karachi Aero Club (G) Limited was established on the 28th of July 1928 and is the subcontinent’s first flying institution. It was formed by an association of person’s whose common goal was to instruct the members of the club and others in the art of flying and the science of aeronautics. Ever since it’s inception it has worked ceaselessly towards the promotion of all branches of aviation and has established itself as a center of information and advice on all matters pertaining to aeronautics. Until the 1960’s the Karachi Aero Club had been operating from a purpose-built site in what is now known as Gulshan-e-Iqbal, with it’s own runway and hangar facilities. In addition to recreational flying activities and charter services the club provided other sporting facilities such as a golf course, horse riding school and skeet shooting range. It was regarded as one of the most prestigious institutions in the country as evidenced by its members which comprised of almost all the elite families in Pakistan, senior government functionaries, foreign attaches and senior executives of multinational companies. Many of these members owned their own aircraft which were maintained and serviced by the club. In the 1960’s the club was obliged to surrender its land for a greater national cause and moved its flight operations to the BOAC steel hangar and apron facilities at Karachi Airport. Hangar No. 301 was appointed to the Karachi Aero Club as an Engineering facility, and is still our base of operations till this day. The clubhouse is still owned and maintained at it’s original site in Gulshan-e-Iqbal and is used as a recreational facility by members.

PARADICE A BRIEF HISTORY One day in the early 1970’s Ross Blong, a farmer with imagination as it turned out, came home from a particularly unpleasant milking and told his wife Nell he had enough and wanted to find something different to do! After searching for a “people business” they decided on an ice skating rink in Glen Innes and purchased it in 1974. After a steep learning curve they established Paradice on the map as a great family entertainment facility in Auckland. By 1980 they had dreams of building New Zealand’s first international size indoor arena and had it up and running by May 1981 at our current Avondale location at Lansford Cresent. It has been popular ever since with families and as a “hang out” for teens and young adults. There have been several transformations since its opening with the most recent being completed in 2011 to include a state of the art ice floor, dasher boards and refrigeration system. By the late 1990’s the second family generation having being heavily involved in ice sports at an international level dreamed of a second, Olympic sized indoor ice rink, again a first for New Zealand, and it was built in 1999 at its current location Botany Downs. The rink is still going strong today. In 2012 Paradice owned and operated Auckland’s first temporary outdoor ice rink at Aotea Square which has turned into an annual winter wonderland type event with the addition of NZ’s first event ice slide in 2014. Our temporary ice rinks have expanded to Rotorua, Wellington, and Taupo. Through the years Paradice has operated as a family, customer focused friendly business with staff sharing their passion for people and ice with innovation!
