have been designed by none other than the author of “Why Pregnancy and Postnatal
Exercise Matter” Dr.Rehana Jawadwala, from the widely acclaimed Why It Matters
book series. Dr. Rehana Jawadwala, our founder has been tirelessly encouraging
people to be active for more than 25 years. Her experience, knowledge and
passion for physical activity shines through in all our work. You know when it
comes to safe practice, evidence based guidance and a deep regard for all things
motherhood you are in the best company with MummyYoga. We welcome women in our
pregnancy yoga classes right from the first trimester. No need to wait till your
scan if you feel well and wish to stay active. The benefits of staying active in
the first trimester are well documented in science. However, we believe that
putting the blame of a miscarriage on exercise stops women from being active
when they will benefit from it most. We are on a mission to take that blame away
from women. We support pregnant women with our specialised knowledge and safe
classes across your entire pregnancy and beyond. We are pioneers in babywearing
yoga. Our teacher training programme is probably the first accredited
