Our classes are open to over 18yrs, Male & Female and take place in our Monasterevin Dojo on Tuesdays, Fridays and also on Saturday mornings . All instructors have been Garda vetted and have been registered with the Irish Martial Arts Commission, we are also members of the Amateur Martial Art Association . Instructors have completed a Sports- Martial Arts First Aid Course and have also completed the Irish Sports Councils code of ethics for young people in sport as well as the higher Level Officers Section.

Protection Against Stalking (PAS) are delighted Tricia’s selfless service to victims of stalking has been recognised by Her Majesty the Queen in the 2021 Birthday Honours List. As many will know, Tricia’s beloved daughter, Clare, was murdered at work (Harvey Nicolls, London) by an ex-boyfriend whose stalking behaviour was not understood or recognised in 2005. Tricia has worked tirelessly to address this lack of knowledge ever since. Everyone at PAS knows Tricia is such a deserving recipient of this recognition and how proud Clare would be.
