These materials form the basis of many of his training programmes which he
delivers to both social care and multi-disciplinary audiences spanning the
statutory and the voluntary sector. Martin spends a significant amount of time
travelling around England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales and this
encourages a greater cross-fertilization of functional ideas and initiatives.
Martin has been commissioned to develop and deliver several training programmes
for working with first line managers to help them develop both the skills and
knowledge base required for the challenging work facing them.
