community.
Hypnobirthing courses - Get birth confident. Understand what is happening in the
body during labour and birth and how you and your birth partner can best support
your body to do what it needs to. Combat fear with relaxation techniques you cna
use throughout pregnancy, labour, birth and beyond! Learn your options and your
rights during pregnancy and birth and how to advocate for yourself. Take control
of your birth story for yourself and your baby.
Courses run once a month.
Pregnancy, postnatal and mum and baby yoga classes.
Pregnancy yoga - to ease aches and pains, improve sleep, shorten labour, meet
other local mums-to-be and so mcuh more.
Mum and Baby Yoga - a postnatal yoga class for you where you can bring up to 2
children from baby to preschool. The class might not be completely silent or
likeany other yoga class you've been to before, but I can promise you a friendly
group, some positive movement, a warm drink and biscuit and lots of support.
No experience required for any of my yoga classes, I provide everything you need
just come along.
