The Future of Cannabis Shopping: Exploring the Online Strain Marketplace! As the cannabis industry continues to evolve, one of the most exciting developments is the rise of online strain marketplaces. These platforms are changing the way consumers discover, compare, and purchase cannabis strains, offering a level of convenience and variety that was once unimaginable. Gone are the days of relying solely on local dispensaries with limited selections. Today, online strain marketplaces allow users to browse hundreds of cannabis varieties from the comfort of their own homes. Whether you're a seasoned connoisseur or a curious newcomer, these platforms provide detailed information on each strain, including its effects, flavor profile, THC and CBD content, and even user reviews. One of the key advantages of shopping for cannabis strains online is the ability to make informed decisions. With access to lab results and verified customer feedback, buyers can choose products that match their preferences and needs. Whether you're looking for a relaxing indica to unwind after a long day or a creative sativa to spark inspiration, the right strain is just a few clicks away. In addition to convenience and variety, online marketplaces often offer competitive pricing and exclusive deals. Many platforms partner directly with growers and breeders, cutting out the middleman and passing the savings on to the consumer. This direct-to-consumer model also ensures that the products are fresh and sourced from reputable cultivators. An interesting trend in this space is the growing demand for cannabis seeds. As more states and countries legalize home cultivation, enthusiasts are turning to online platforms to find high-quality seeds for their personal gardens. While you won’t find Marijuana Seeds Amazon [https://need4seeds.com] listings due to the platform’s restrictions, specialized cannabis marketplaces have stepped in to fill the gap, offering a wide selection of seeds from trusted breeders around the world. Security and discretion are also top priorities for these online platforms. Most marketplaces use encrypted payment systems and discreet packaging to protect customer privacy. This attention to detail helps build trust and encourages more people to explore the benefits of buying cannabis online. As the cannabis industry continues to mature, online strain marketplaces are poised to play a central role in shaping the future of how we shop for cannabis. With technology making it easier than ever to access information and connect with top-tier products, the digital cannabis experience is quickly becoming the new standard. Whether you're searching for your favorite strain or exploring something new, the online cannabis marketplace offers a world of possibilities—one that’s just beginning to bloom.

With over 25 years’ experience as a therapist and 35 working within the helping professions, I know counselling and psychotherapy works. During this time I have offered counselling and psychotherapy for individuals and couples, using a combination of the person-centred approach with Transactional Analysis and psychodynamic theoretical models. I believe the client themselves holds the answers to their questions. What I provided was warmth, compassion, respect and a safe space in which they can tell their story: a willingness to share the therapeutic journey and to help them to reach the goals they set. The approaches I used can help the client understand the history of their difficulties, and offer a way forward in terms of restructuring or realigning their perceptions of life, helping them rediscover their drive towards wholeness and health. Although I no longer offer counselling or psychotherapy to clients I bring all my knowledge, skills and experience into my work as a workshop presenter, supervisor and trainer. My focus now is on offering online supervision, undertaking research, continuing to write on topics and run workshops on topics that interest me. I offer training to trainers, both face to face and online. As a supervisor I offer supervision to qualified counsellors and psychotherapists, something I have done since 2002. Supervision can be undertaken individually or in small groups. In addition I am endorsed to teach and supervise Transactional Analysis by the European Association for Transactional Analysis, this means I can teach and supervise supervisors and trainers. As a supervisor of trainers I come with experience of setting up and running a training and therapy centre, of gaining MSc recogition for my courses and running a low cost therapy centre. I know how challenging it can be to meet the many and varied national and international requirements; maintaining personal idiosyncratic preferences; whilst adhering to academic norms; set core competencies; and external organisational requirements that, at times, appear to conflict with one another. As a researcher my most recent project concerned the impact of the death of a child, of any age, on parents and siblings. This has resulted in May 2021 to my second book Understanding Bereaved Parents and Siblings: A Handbook for Professionals, Family and Friends. I run workshops for professionals who want a greater understanding of how they can work with bereaved mothers, fathers, brothers and sisters. Workshops are planned for bereaved parents and siblings later in 2022. In addition I have a specific interest in training courses and training standards. Having completed my DPsych in 2010 and written my first book What You Really Need to Know About Counselling and Psychotherapy Training: An Essential Guide published by Routledge in 2014, I have gone on to continue my research into counselling and psychotherapy training from both the trainees and trainers perspectives. I am passionate about training and training standards and want to work with others who wish to work to the best of their ability with integrity, passion and trustworthiness. If you have any questions, or would like to make an appointment, please email me via this link or call me on 07428 551163 between 10am and 5pm. I do not interrupt sessions to answer the phone, but there is a confidential answering machine; please leave your name, number and any message, and I will call you back.

Making Futures is a social enterprise working with a wide range of groups to improve health, wellbeing, self-esteem & employability through creative arts. Making Futures CIC is the latest addition to the DT Craft & Design family. Debbie has been quietly running Making Futures for several years, teaching and producing training materials, mentoring and working with community groups. As it has now ‘grown up’ we thought it should have its own website so welcome to our new space here on the web. The DT Crafts shop is, of course still very much available, with an ever-increasing range of products (and a need for more storage space!). It’s still just the two of us looking after you so expect the same personalised service and attention to detail here as at the shop. Debbie will still be answering your emails and questions (no ‘bots’ on our sites!), taking workshop and course bookings and discussing your requirements for courses, groups and projects. Speaking of which, we are thrilled to announce that we have joined the Artybird flock and we are delighted to be able to offer two amazing, professional distance learning knitwear design programmes – both accredited by City & Guilds. We’ve produced a short video and prospectuses for each programme which you can find here. And for those of you who may not have met us in person or are new visitors, we’ve done a short video about Debbie and how DT Crafts and Making Futures came about, here. There’s lots more to come, both ‘virtually’ and in person so do bookmark the page and we hope to see you on a course or workshop soon!

University of Bristol Underwater Club (UBUC)

university of bristol underwater club (ubuc)

Bristol

UBUC was established during the 1960/61 academic year. Considering that scuba gear was invented in 1943 by Jacques Cousteau, much has changed in 50 years! The club ranges from new trainees to seasoned divers whose expertise is vital to the smooth running of UBUC. One of our main goals is to provide affordable scuba diving training. Every year we train around 30 divers and provide a number of internationally recognised qualifications from beginner to advanced diver levels. We are affiliated to the British Sub-Aqua Club (BSAC), and therefore issue qualifications according to BSAC standards. Over the last few years, we have gained a number of BSAC awards recognising our achievements in training. The club is overseen by 10 committee members. However, being such an active club means we rely on help from everyone to organise trips, help with equipment maintenance and assist with training. We especially encourage aspiring Dive Leaders to organise their own trips. We are also a friendly and sociable bunch! Our dedicated Social Secretaries runs most of our social events, including diving talks, boat pub crawls, trips, and much more! Anyone, however, can organise an event. BSAC Affiliation UBUC is a branch of the British Sub-Aqua Club. We are branch number 9160. Scuba Diving Training We offer extensive training for SCUBA diving, anywhere from beginner to advanced diver levels. We teach using the standards of our diving agency BSAC. See the Learn To Dive and Already Qualified pages for more information on the qualifications. In addition, we run Skills Development Courses (SDCs), Instructor Qualifications and also the occasional Freediving course.

Fylde Coast Scitt

fylde coast scitt

Old Road

Train to teach with us on the Fylde Coast or in Liverpool. You can use the buttons below to view/download our information leaflet and submit your application via the Government Apply Service which is now Open! Firstly, our programmes are completely personalised to each candidate; no two people have the same experience because we only train between 20 and 30 trainees each year. Unlike the big university models where you would be one of 200 trainee teachers, we tailor the year to maximise your skills and you will therefore be better prepared to teach. We have our own supportive SCITT community, our own wellbeing programme and our own life coach. Secondly, because our trainees don’t have to attend University lectures, we have time to give them a bespoke enhancement programme running alongside the mainstream school placements. Our secondary trainees have the opportunity to teach in primary schools, pupil referral units, Special Educational Needs settings, work with CAHMS and teach in Sixth Forms. They also spend time at our local private schools to teach children with English as an additional language. Again, trainee curriculum design is tailored to maximise preparation. Thirdly, our programmes are competitively priced because we know graduates are already carrying huge university debts. We charge £7705 for QTS, as opposed to £9000, but we also give a free qualification for secondary trainees in addition to QTS so they leave as qualified Teachers of the PSHE Association [Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education]. This gives them an edge over other candidates when applying for jobs, and fully prepares them for teaching beyond the curriculum and preparing their pupils for life in modern Britain.
