Created by Keith Warren-Price in 1989 whilst he was on the faculty at the, now
Chartered, Institute of Marketing. His previous experiences were working with
Procter and Gamble, Cavenham Foods and a five year posting to the Middle East.
When with Beanstalk Shelving his team won the Queen’s Award for Export
Achievement. He realised that the so called gold standard of training and
running meetings lacked so much. Most importantly missing was that special level
of engagement that leads to real ownership of change.
