Edible East Community Interest Company promotes a healthy and sustainable future for everyone through creative workshops, community gardening and cultural events, all informed by the latest research. We are based in Norwich in the UK. We are run by freelance artist and founder Jennie Pedley, artist  gardener Tara Sampy and horticulturalist Nik Thomson. We work with many local partners across cultural, scientific and food growing sectors. We work with other artists linking them to local science research on health and food security.  We offer bespoke workshops and cultural experiences such as exhibitions and outdoor trails. I am delighted to welcome you to Huddersfield New College. Whilst I was appointed as Principal in early 2022, I have been a proud member of the HNC community for a number of years. I am honoured to have been part of the College's journey so far and I am excited about our future. HNC is a high achieving, forward thinking institution with big ambitions, both for the students in our care and our role within the communities that we serve. Whatever our students want to do after College, we ensure that they can achieve it. Places at HNC are in high demand and we are an oversubscribed College. We are currently extending our Campus so that even more young people from the local community can benefit from the experience on offer from September 2022 onwards.
