We'll develop our menu closer to the time but in the past this class has mastered dishes including Coo Coo Pois, Ital Rundown, Plantain & Tomato Salad, Pumpkin & Smoked Tofu, and Caribbean Griddled Aubergines. Trust us - this will be a tasty one!
Bearnie, with roots from Guyana, is excited to share her passion for global flavours, especially those from the Caribbean. After our cooking extravaganza, we'll dig in together! Remember to bring your tupperware for any tasty leftovers and your apron for the fun ahead.
