I offer 1-1 personal training sessions tailored to your goals and needs. This can be weekly, bi-weekly or even monthly. I construct a program unique to you and your needs and deliver it over a period of time.
As a qualified Strength & Conditioning coach, sessions are conducted around your goals with an emophasis on strength, mobilty and functional movement. This can be to enhance your day to day life, or to enhance sport performance.
I specialise in female athletes and youth athlete development. However everyone, no matter your background, ability or training age is welcome!
