Our Latest Excursion Leaflets / Postal Strikes We have received quite a few phone calls regarding our latest day excursion leaflet, confirmations and payments. Our latest excursion leaflets were all put in the Royal Mail sorting office at Boreham at the beginning of December. The postal strikes have meant that they have not all been mailed together, resulting in some people receiving them whilst others have not. The postal strikes have also meant that we have not received payments and any confirmations we have sent out have been going through the postal system slowly. We can understand your frustration, it is frustrating for us for us as well. If we haven’t received your payment by the payment date, do not worry your booking is safe and we will contact you. If you have made payment and you haven’t received your confirmation and we have not contacted you, please give us a call. We apologise for the delay but please bear with us, this situation is completely out of our control!
