Infant massage instructor course

Our on-demand course is designed specifically for healthcare professionals, we know you are busy so we wanted to make it easier for you to take steps to become an infant massage instructor. 

Whether you want to start your own business, integrate teaching infant massage into your existing business or use your new skills at work, our materials and assessments ensure you will be given the knowledge and skills you need to work safely and confidently.

Our CPD-certified, evidence-based, course has 5 hours of online training consisting of short lectures, videos and knowledge quizzes.

We will take you through the anatomy and physiology of the musculoskeletal system, the nervous system and the gastrointestinal system and then look at what constitutes typical development. The course then looks at the benefits of infant massage and the research and theories on how it works. We also have two modules that cover how to teach infant massage and the practical aspects of working. 

Each module or 'lesson' is finished with a knowledge quiz. The course is assessed with a short video demonstration and three case studies on infants you have completed an infant massage session with, which must be submitted via email. 

This course also provides supplementary resources to support your work and learning.
