This interactive workshop will provide a platform for members to share their experiences and ideas, contributing to a more inclusive and supportive club environment. Group Bespoke sessions depending on Club needs.
To create a safe and inclusive space for club members to share their experiences, perspectives, and ideas. By fostering open dialogue and self-reflection, we aim to:
Understand: Gain a deeper understanding of the club's culture, values, and challenges from the perspective of its members.
Explore: Delve into the concepts of inclusion, intersectionality, and assumptions to identify potential areas for improvement.
Gather: Collect valuable insights and feedback to inform future decisions and initiatives.
Reflect: Encourage self-awareness and personal growth among participants.
This workshop is open to all club members, regardless of their role, experience level, or frequency of participation. We encourage a diverse range of voices to contribute to the discussion.
