A walk in the woods like you have never known!
Soul Shed wellness walks have become a popular contribution to Altons Walking Festival, and so we have decided to make them a regular thing. Feel free to share with friends you think might enjoy!
These interactive walks are for curious adults, and a gentle way to explore your creativity and to get to know yourself better.
Coming Up:
On Friday June 12th we will Share a morning of creative writing in nature, exploring the a beautiful part of Alice Holt forest with our senses and imagination along for the ride. Nature asks only for our heart-centred presence to reveal her inspiration to us.
Further details and meeting point on booking.
This event is by donation, which cover our costs in putting on these walks and helps us develop these offerings.
