  • Sarah is a great yoga instructor who encourages people to go at a pace their body can cope with. During my entire pregnancy, the only time I felt like I could truly switch off and focus on me and what my body is doing, and be 'right there, right then' in the moment, was during her sessions through yoga guidance and meditation. Would highly recommend and will be returning for Mama and Baby Yoga once my little one is born! x

  • Thoroughly enjoyed Mom and Little One yoga today. It's a great way to nurture your mental wellbeing and meet new mom and baby friends. Sarah is an excellent instructor and there is no pressure to do anything you're not comfortable doing. I'm new to yoga having only done one or two session in the past, and also a new mom, so I'm here to say, don't be nervous and come and join us! Thank you Sarah x

  • I really enjoy the class on Sunday mornings as it includes a guided meditation with visualisation. I would appreciate another 90 minute class at another time during the week. All of the classes are very good with clear instructions. Sarah creates a relaxed and calm atmosphere ideal for practice.

  • Sarah is an excellent yoga teacher. Her classes allow for all options especially for beginners or those with health conditions. I tend to go to the Sunday class due to work commitments but I enjoy the meditation and relaxation aspect of that class. Sarah has a lovely voice during the meditation which may seem a strange thing to say but if I don’t like the persons voice I just can’t relax! Definitely give it a go. I feel so much better since starting yoga. I do a couple of kettle bell/weight...

  • Sarah is an amazing yoga instructor. It was my first time attending a pregnancy yoga class or any type of yoga class. Sarah made the whole experience enjoyable, knowledgeable and relaxing. I felt completely at ease throughout and Sarah added some nice touches with a goodie bag and great tips for first time mums. Can’t wait to come next week.
