  • I have worked with Michael for 6 months and have really enjoyed our sessions. Every week is different, interesting and Michael seems to know how to take you to the edge of your fitness level. Michael is a really nice guy to and is very motivating. We had great fun in all weather doing outside sessions with a mixture of cardio/strength and agility. Thoroughly recommended.

  • Michael is a fab PT, he keeps things interesting as no two sessions are the same. The outdoor sessions we've been having over the summer have been great, it's a good mix of exercise and fresh air. He's kept me motivated even in the 35 degree heat!
