Over the course of this weekend with classes running from 9am to 4pm each day we will develop the fundamental skills to take you into the the ancient Daosit process of Nei Gong using the tools of the Ji Ben Qi Gong set. This will be an intensive weekend that will transfer to you the knowledge and skills to begin a proper exploration of the internal arts and the transfomational journey of mind, body and soul it can take you on.  The course will run from 9am to 4pm each day and be taught by Jaemie, who is a recognised Qi Gong instructor under the banner of Lotus Nei Gong International and who has close to a decade of experience in the internal arts and over 30 years in the eastern arts in general.  We have a friendly and welcoming group training on a regular basis and you are more than welcome to join us for some practice. Special Edition 2 hour class learning choreo and dancing under a rain effect  machine.  A professional videographer will capture our performances and everyone will get an edit.  You will absolutely get drenched, however if you’re desperate to keep hair dry (trust me I get it😂) we can have the machine turned off at the end and you can dance in the puddles lol Bring a towel! Reggaeton became popular in the early 90s within the Latin American you and spread to North America, Europe & Asia. The dancing is very engaging, smooth and versatile. You will experience a real workout, especially in your hips, shoulders and legs toning, it is the real deal!

The treatment is primarily used for the stimulation of all bodily systems and aiding relaxation. Reflexology is performed frequently within the Health Service personnel and has a role in comforting and supporting terminally ill patients. This 5 day VTCT Course leads to practitioner status, focusing on providing you with knowledge of the principles of reflexology, competence in dealing with clients, correct use of consultation techniques and good use of planning treatments. You will also need to complete some assignments that will be required for your portfolio and a work-book will need to be completed. There are also 2 small exams that will be taken at the Academy in order to assess your understanding of Health and Safety and Anatomy and Physiology.
