Now the Academy is leading the way in online and face to face yoga teacher training with its specialist 200-hour Hatha Yoga course, as well as a growing portfolio of 40-hour continuing professional development (CPD) courses for Yoga teachers and those wishing to deepen their enquiry. We believe in upholding the highest standards both in our practical teaching and in terms of the spiritual responsibility of Yoga teachers; leading by example to our students. For us, Yoga isn't about mastering party trick postures, it has far more to it than just the asanas. Yoga is about ethical conduct, truth and integrity. Through self-development and understanding, our teachers help guide our students through the ups and downs of this intense phase in their Yoga journey, to a greater sense of gratitude, wellbeing and peace.
