Becoming Elemental is a creative, reflective SoulCollage® workshop exploring the elements as a powerful way to explore the qualities we need to meet life experiences.
Through guided collage-making, gentle prompts, and a mythic thread woven through our time together, we will explore different elemental ways of being. These meanings will be both personal and archetypal:
• Earth — grounding, boundaries, and knowing when to be solid and protective
• Fire — clean endings, transformation, and the courage to let something truly
finish
• Wood — resilience, regeneration, and what survives intensity.
• Metal — alchemy, and trusting what is precious and essential
• Water — tending inner wells, emotional intelligence, and discerning scale
This workshop is for anyone navigating change, intensity, or transition, and for those who want to reconnect with their own inner resources in a creative, embodied way.
No art experience is needed. SoulCollage® is a simple, intuitive process using images, scissors, and glue to create personal symbolic cards that speak from the unconscious and the soul.
You will leave with:
• SoulCollage® cards with wisdom to share with you.
• Deeper insight into how different energies support you
• Language and images for resilience, boundaries, and renewal
• A felt sense of what you are becoming
This is a spacious, respectful, and non-interpretive space. Everything that arises is welcome.
SoulCollage® is a gently deep creative collaging process where you make your own collage cards and come to learn the wisdom they have to share with you.

People often find exploring their intuitive creativity relaxing and therapeutic, however it is not therapy, but rather a facilitated creative process. Â If you are experiencing mental distress or have been diagnosed with a mental health condition then this would not be a good choice of course for you, as it requires you to be self-supporting. If you are in therapy already and well-advanced in your treatment, then this could be a beneficial complementary process to support your well-being.
